Jess is amazing. It is not just a job for him, it’s a calling. Extremely knowledgeable, and a great combination of easygoing and passionate. I have been getting massages my entire life, and he is the best.

Jess offered a thorough assessment of my body bringing to light my habitual patterns which was so helpful. Then did some amazing releases and gave me ideas for self care in between our sessions. I went to see Jess for a problem with my left side of the body due to a childhood injury.
I have tried Yoga and Chiropractic treatments, but nothing has given me release and a feeling that I can actually improve my condition. As soon as Jess started the bodywork session, I felt safe. I knew I was in excellent hands. At times he worked deeply into the problems area, but he did so with such awareness and presence that my body trusted and relaxed more. After the session and the days that followed, I noticed an improved range of motion, my neck pain was gone and I have been sleeping better. I am more aware of my posture, without trying. I am looking forward to my next session. I am excited that I found an approach that can undue years of chronic tension in my body. Wow– where to begin?
I’ve experienced plenty of bodyworkers and massage therapists over the decades, but I knew from my first visit that Jess was in a class of his own. He is a highly trained, intuitive and skillful healer with strong hands and an enthusiastic passion for his work in helping people to feel better/​integrated in their bodies.
I’ve had a chronic issue with my left piri formis and hip area, which apparently engages other muscles and tendons, creating a complex mess of chronic ache and pain. After my second ‘structural reprogramming’ session yesterday, upon returning home I found my body felt flooded with what I can only describe as «profound relief». It was visceral.
He’s a great guy and a dedicated professional. I am SO very grateful to have found him.

Jess is a healer, he works on reprogramming muscles to work again. I had a 10 year back pain and problems with my hips. After 8 sessions over 4 months I am pain free! His care, knowledge and attention to detail on your body is soo worth the price which was very reasonable.
