Lee and Sean and their team took our 60’s kitchen down to the studs and completely rebuilt it. Excellent quality work. They collaborated with us on the entire design. We got exactly what we wanted — a modern kitchen with a great flow that easily allows 2 or 3 people to work together in a small space. We didn’t want to block light from a side-​of-​house windows. Sean recommended a stainless exhaust fan that’s flush with the ceiling — perfect. The granite was finished perfectly and installed with only three pieces covering an entire L-​shaped counter. The lighting and electrical is exactly where we wanted it, and gives great light and convenience for counter-​top appliances. I can’t say enough about the quality of the collaboration. Lee kicked it off with some design ideas and drawings about some possible approaches, and worked with us to refine the design until it was what we wanted, within our budget. Can’t recommend them enough — great team to work with.

We haven’t even started our kitchen remodel yet, but I don’t want to wait that long to write about our experience so far with Lee Ottenbreit at Lamperti.
We began by meeting with her and her crew, and she came out to our house with her contractor to work up a bid. We decided in the end to order our cabinetry through them, but to use our own contractor. If I had a larger budget, I definitely would have had Lamperti handle the entire remodel, and I have no doubt the end result would be amazing. They offer quality service, and I wouldn’t expect not to pay for that. That said, their cabinetry quote was actually less than a competitor’s.
Lee is a consummate professional who truly knows her stuff. She really is going above and beyond to help me get my dream kitchen, and I so appreciate her patience, knowledge and stellar attention to detail. She is a true gem, and is making this process so much easier for me.
Thank you so so much, Lee! I can’t wait until my beautiful teak cabinets arrive!

Very dissapointed with there supposed designer and there customer service
way over priced for the service you get and there knowledge is limited.
Had a much better expiernce with a company for a ¹⁄₃ of the costs on our rental house and there service and timming was so much better.

We just completed a total remodel of our kitchen, down to the studs and some! We are extremely pleased with the work of Lamperti. For so many reasons.
First, working with Lee to design something that both worked and did not take away aspects of the room that we wanted to preserve. There was one wall that begged to be cut back but we held it for a specific painting my wife wanted to display. Lee quietly and boldly suggested a different flow between, sink, stove and fridge that we had not considered. It’s working so very much better now.
Inside the showroom, Lee showed us wonderful choices of cabinet configurations and we were impressed with her knowledge of the internal niceties that are now proving so practical. For the counter tops, Lee took us to stone yards and introduced us to patterns that were quite remarkable.
Second, the deconstruction/​construction/​installation was presented to us in a Microsoft Project Plan. This was so unexpected. I could see what they were going to be doing on November 2^nd and by golly, that is what they did.
The real benefit I found with Lamperti was two fold. First, they manage the job. Sean and/​or Gordon were on site 90% of the days. Checking in with me, my wife and the contractors. The second point worth noting is the superb quality of their contractors. Framing, rocking, flooring, plumbing, wiring, painting, cabinets — if I had to pick one over the other — I could not, they all scored a 10. Their work, tidiness, friendliness, professionalism, first class, top notch, every one of them. I think that says something about Lamperti.
Having written that I realize that one guy did score a 10.1 — Bruce, cabinet installer extraordinaire! Not just install correctly, wait until you see the little extra touches he adds to the job, a real professional and a total pleasure to work with.
Last point, price. It was a lot but as everyone knows kitchens and bathroom! Ours is not a mega-​mansion, a small family sized cottage in Sausalito. My sense is that it was very well worth the money. We got more than we expected, we enjoyed the process, we enjoyed the crew, we enjoyed Lamperti.

Really? Tried to some basic information from them on products they carry and all I got was attitude and combativeness from the person who answered the phone. Because I wasn’t asking for information in the way she wanted to provide it. Unbelievable
huffing, puffing, snarkiness… really? Where is the customer service?

Lamperti recently completed our extensive kitchen remodel; this was not a simple job, as it was based on an earlier design and had a number of different angles involved. They were quite flexible, working with other sub-​contractors we had worked with previously, and extended their leverage on suppliers to move up deliveries and cut through various «problems» that came up along the way.
Lamperti diligently prepared our house to contain the construction dust and were extremely considerate and pleasant to be with. We were gone for most of the work, but were back for the final couple of weeks. What a great team! I unreservedly would recommend Lamperti for any appropriate project.

Lamperti is absolutely the best in our area by far!
We did a complete kitchen and bath tear down and total remodel (plus more work in our TV area) with them and they were outstanding.
We had previously spent almost a year working with another local designer/​builder husband/​wife «team» who had years ago been «award winning». The other outfit was a mess! Completely disorganized, never on schedule but worse… lied to us repeatedly about start date and ordering cabinets etc. Finally after almost a year and thousands of dollars we dumped the other guy and it was the best move we did.
We contacted Lamperti and Sean Kelly and his designer Jane were top notch. They listen and do what the homeowner wants. They stay in budget. They started and finished the job right on time. Their workers were courteous, clean and professional.
Our home is older so when one or two unexpected construction issues arose Sean handled it perfectly and stayed in budget and time frame.
I can go on and on but bottom line… Lamperti is who you want.
Forget about anyone else in the area… they will waste your time and money.
I plan on using Lamperti for any and all future projects I may have.

It’s been a few months now since Lamperti completed our major remodel (50% of our home, by square feet). We are very pleased with the results and will highly recommend Lamperti to anyone looking for a contractor. Here are three reasons…
First, they are quick. We had previously spend a year «planning» with another contractor. When we finally realized that there was going to be no end to the surprises with those guys, we started looking around and found Lamperti. Within a couple months, we were under construction, and within a few more, we were finished and enjoying our new home. Everything happened quickly and exactly to the schedule that they presented us in advance.
Second, they were competitively priced and came in exactly on budget. The only change orders were things that I added myself. I expected the final cost to be somewhat higher than the estimate (isn’t that how it works?) but Lamperti surprised me – apparently there are contractors who take budgeting seriously!
Third, the quality of their work is excellent. A few months after completion, I remain completely satisfied and impressed with the job that they did. We had a number of challenges in our remodel, and every single time these guys rose to the challenge and delivered excellent outcomes. When I found things I didn’t like — a scratch or something not quite right — they jumped on them and made me feel like I was doing them a favor by pointing them out. I was never left with any doubt that they were every bit as concerned as I was that things come out right. I am 100% satisfied with the results.
These are awesome people and they have a great work ethic. Sean, Greg, Jane, Tony, Cody — thank you all very much for our remodel! Great work.

We recently had a small rmodel of our kitchen completed. Surpisingly for the trades, they were on time, efficient and neat. More important they stayed with the job until completion and did not send crews elsewhere during the work which is a constant among contractors looking for advances on their work when there cash rreserves are limited.
A little pricey but the value was there and I would have no hesitation recommending them.
