The the quality of work that Liz provides goes 10x beyond the five stars that I can give her here on Unilocal.I have now worked with Liz for the past 4 years on multiple projects. There is no other person I could recommend. Her sense to detail and in-​depth understanding of the process is exceptional. She is vastly creative in achieving a final goal even in the most complicated of situation, from multiple properties, signing locations, involved parties, and restricted time frames. Liz is a true professional and quality human being. I have put my full trust in her multiple times when I was unable to confide in anyone else. We just completed our second refinancing with Liz Bayer. She is an outstanding professional. We had a lot of moving pieces, including some construction in our home and extensive travel and she just moved through all of it with incredible ease. Liz reviews all the documents that we submit and scours for any potential questions that a lender may have so that there are no surprises later on (strange entries on the credit report etc). We have recommended Liz to many of our friends and neighbors and will continue to do this. Having gone through five refinancings, Liz is the master of the trade and best of all the mortgage professionals we have worked with.

Liz for loans? More like Liz for President!
We recently worked with Liz to buy a new home in Tiburon and she was awesome. She goes that extra mile, stopping by our house early one morning to pick up signed paperwork that I had not dropped off the night before. She is also amazing at politely, but persistently, keeping you on track. My wife and I both work so she had to keep on top of both of us to get all the paperwork needed and everything signed in time. We would not have made the loan contingency deadline without her!
This is the second house Liz has helped us fund; she also helped by brother down in Santa Monica, and a friend in San Francisco, the city. The feedback from both of them was simply «Liz is amazing». Thanks Liz!

Liz gets the job done, gets it done on time, is very knowledgeable about her business, updates you consistently, and is a pleasure to work with. I could not possibly have had a better experience during what should have been an extremely stressful time. I am probably not the easiest client to work with, and Liz handled my scheduling needs with ease. I have now recommended her to just about everyone I know.
