Absolutely love this roundtable they are the best ! Always fast and the the pizza is awesome. Great customer service.

Worst Round Table ever!
Dr Pepper was terrible.
Raw onions and other cross contamination on one slice.
No concept of lightly cooked on either my pizza or my twists.
If they spent as much attention to detail on my pizza as they do on their piercings, I wouldn’t be writing this review. For a moment I thought I had walked into a piercings/​tattoo parlor.
No concept of quality.
To quote Gordon Ramsey, get your heads out of your asses and get a fucking clue. Yeah?

I never usually order pizza for delivery, but a friend wanted Round Table. First, a very nice young man answered the phone and, even though he was really the delivery guy, he went through the order perfectly and did a great job. He had to run so another nice lady finished up, and she was super with making sure the order was correct. Then, no sooner than I said goodbye, they were at the door with a hot fresh pizza exactly as ordered. I will most definitely order again, and I want to thank the crew that helped me that night! It was delicious!

Not only did I order a pizza and was charged for it and never received the pizza, they tried to tell me that their driver had delivered it the next morning.
1. I tried calling after ordering to confirm my order but nobody picked up 3 times I called.
2. The next day I talked to a very kind girl who informed me she could credit me 40 $ worth of pizza but if I wanted a refund I would have to talk to the manager. OK easy enough right? WRONG .
LEFT him numerous messages with employees, I even had an employee apologize to me because she knew I had called half a dozen times in the past week to talk to this so called manager, but he never called me back. Finally three weeks later I’m still calling and I manage to get him on the phone only to find out he is a complete asshole, and to further more the asshole in him, he tells me it’s the employees fault that they were supposed to call me to get my credit card number. Wow not only are you a asshole and don’t apologize but you blame your employees even though you are the manager. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE ROUND TABLE TO BUY MY EMPLOYEES LUNCH.

Came in for my birthday party and there were no arcade games. But the service was great. Had to run to Best Buy and purchase violent video games to fill the void left from missing out on need for speed hot pursuit.

Ordered a pizza online, and ended up having to wait an additional 20 minutes in the restaurant. You think they would be able to handle a Friday night but clearly can not! That’s the last time I order round table in Marin county.

my wife had ordered pizza from here before with no problem arrived on time and yammy. we create our on pizza with a well working combination (white creamy garlic sauce, bacon, cheese, mushroom, onion) they took the order the way we wanted it, proof is on the receipt but whoever made the pizza messed it up putting tomato sauce instead of creamy garlic. the pizza taste yacky overpowering everything with tomato sauce, if my kids wouldn’t been super hungry and wouldn’t been living 20 min driving I would have been return it… At least their garlic twister was good.
I hope in the future they are going to make a better job…

After an hour and a half of waiting on my delivery (I was told it would be 45 min), I called and asked how much longer it would be. I was told it would be there shortly. After TWO hours went by of waiting on my pizza to be delivered, I called and asked how much longer it would be again. She said that the delivery guy came and no one answered the door and then tried to call me but I didn’t pick up. Well I was at home eagerly awaiting the arrival of my pizza (clearly because I called and asked how much longer at the hour and a half mark) and I did not receive any phone call… so I am not sure how they can claim any of that to be true. At that point I was so mad I just cancelled my order. Horrible service! Never going back again.

Great meal. Italian Garlic Supreme Skinny Crust Pizza. Thin crust — balanced toppings. Ordered online — Delivery was estimated at 60 minutes. John, the driver called and said he was enroute and he was at the front door, right on time.

I’ve always loved round table pizza, the food is always good. My only reason for giving this location 3 stars is because every other time I order online they can’t seem to get the order correct. It’s always a minor mistake but if the staff can’t read the order how am I suppose to be assured I get what I paid for? Please read orders before ringing them up or this location will loose my business to mountain mikes. 3^rd time i can’t get the correct sauce with the garlic twists. Again minor but it’s also as easy as reading the original order.

We’ve ordered here before with no problems, but on a game night at halftime we ordered a pizza for pick up, got home and it was the exactly wrong pizza. (My fault, I should have checked). Went back and the restaurant did not have the ingredients to make our ordered pizza, and then the cash register tape was all messed up so I had to wait while the manager was called to fix it and give me a refund. To their credit, they refunded full amount including breadsticks, which were ok. Must have been a bad night.

Went here for lunch buffet and Hassan the manager is awesome. I love RTP in general but the quality of food and service can vary like with any company.
Hassan is a great manager, customer service driven, friendly and professional. the kitchen made a great pizza with little to no bubbles, evenly placed cheese and toppings and golden brown crust. fast in house service. kept the buffet filled with great variety of pizza styles and also took a request from our party.
We’ll be back to this RTP. don’t know about deelivery maybe they’re slow maybe it was a freak bad day/night.but in house experience was great. oh yeah great salad bar and also the soda was perfect carbonation and sweet tastin’
Also very clean newer restaurant with booths to sit at.

Placed order online and it was ready before the 20 minute deadline. I walked in at 15 minutes and the Mgr asked if the online order was mine. I said yes, and was handed my pizza. Awesome!

My wife, 2 daughters and I finally tried this new Round Table Pizza and we had a great experience! The restaurant was clean and the service was great. The Manager, Hassan, was fun to chat with. Super friendly and professional, and knowledgeable about food and the restaurant industry. He seems to be running a tight ship and made our experience very positive. We ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza and a small pepperoni pizza, as well as a chardonnay wine and Belgium white beer. The pizza was really good, with a nice crust that was crunchy on the bottom, and the drinks were very reasonably priced. We had a nice family meal and we will return again.

2 hour wait for a salad with wilted brown lettuce and I can’t begin to tell how old the carrots are. For this I paid close to $ 6
Should have learned the lesson the first time I ordered delivery from San Rafael round table and waited 2.5 hours then. Very disappointing. Will not order, go to this place again.

Since this location opened, we have done a few pickup orders. One time while picking up and after paying, the manager (maybe?) noticed I was limping. He quickly circled around the counter and offered to help me carry my pizzas out to my car.
It was a small thing, but appreciated.
The Maui Zowie and Italian Artisan pizzas are popular with us.
Looking at these venomous other reviews here on Unilocal,you have to wonder if other nearby shops are campaigning against the new kids. Because, full disclosure, I have also happily patronized Red Boy, Ghiringelli’s, Orgasmica, and Mountain Mike’s. The ONLY one of these places I had a problem with was MMike, who found their chain’s own web site ordering system to be akin to Egyptian hieroglyphics.
Pizza isn’t all that hard, unless you are Domino’s and use casein instead of cheese. The one-​star reviews here are so fraught with drama, they read like rejected soap opera scripts.
Now, if you want to talk about bad food, why is Marin the only county west of the Mississippi River that doesn’t have any good Chinese restaurants? W.T.F.

The pizza is SO GOOD but the service is SO bad. This is my second time where they totally messed up my order and acted like jerks about it. I ordered online, went into pick up, and my pizza was ½ gone on the all you can eat pizza bar. (I was 5 minutes early too). They said they put it out there by mistake but they could make me another one… I was starving so said «can I have a piece of that one while I wait for mine?» and the guy said, «oh, that’s just for people who paid for the salad bar» and walked away. Never any attempt to apologize or make the situation right. They weren’t busy either. The management has made no effort to train their people in customer service. The other time they messed up even worse (it was BAD) they gave me a 10% off coupon for me next order. Sad because I would be a frequent customer if it were better managed. Won’t be back!

wow… want to know how this round table management handles a little constructive criticism in my Unilocal review when two pizzas took almost two hours to be delivered? THEY CANCELLED THE DISCOUNT FOR ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES! instead, they could have offered a written apology on Unilocal.their pizzas are always good… but their customer service needs some serious improvement.

We had take out here last week and it was EXCELLENT. I’ve had some less than great experiences at other Round Tables, but this was by far the best Round Table pizza I’ve had. They really brought me back to the brand.

Unfortunately we had the worst experience at this location. Went there on a Monday night at around 7 pm and they were out of lettuce at the salad bar, which is already very small compared to the salad bars at other Round Tables. We asked if they were going to fill it up and they said yes. So we waited and asked several times for the lettuce, always got the response that they were working on it and after exactly 20 minutes, they brought the lettuce out. There were 5 – 6 employees and maybe 2 other customers in the restaurant and they needed 20 minutes to cut some lettuce. By that time we had already finished the pizza that was served cold. I have no idea why it wasn’t hot because it would have actually been pretty good.
Almost everything that was available at the salad bar was old. The broccoli was brown, the tomatoes mushy and the spinach had seen better days too.
The table next to us had not been cleaned up, which I usually don’t care about, but given that there were a lot of employees for so little work, it was pretty odd that nobody cared to bus the tables. The employees were then busy celebrating an employee’s birthday with a birthday cake. I almost felt like an intruder. I am not going back unless the service improves a lot. I am not a picky person and don’t have high expectations when I go to a place like this but I have never experienced anything like this before.
