20-20 Optometry

This place is the worst place I have been into. I was late for 12 minutes and they canceled my appointment. They said they have 10 minute rule. Good luck with them. Who is servicing who? They think they are the only shop in the world. Stupid.

Have been going to see them for a few years and am not impressed by customer service. The doctors are nice but after your exam is done, and they suggest the most expensive ranges rather than asking what your budget is… they have messed up two of my eye glasses order .
Response back to my inquiries have been very slow and unreliable. I am changing to another optometry place

Dr Na is the best! After I had my cataract surgery at 45, was having nothing but problems trying to fit my eyes with correct contact lenses that work for me. I went through two optometrists before Dr Na, both told me they could not help me see clearly and that I had to learn to «deal with it» after trying to fit me only twice. On the other hand, Dr Na kept ordering different strength of lenses until I am completely satisfy with my eyesight. A money driven doctor definitely would not do this.
Debbie and her staff are also great! Fix my sunglasses no charge eventhough I did not buy the sunglasses from them.

I bought a very expensive pair of glasses here. After some time, the threads stripped on one eyepiece and the screw fell out, I went back and they «fixed» it by jamming in a larger screw. An optometrist whom I trust later said that the lenses were not placed correctly in front of my eyes. I’m not impressed.

Have recently had great experiences with Dr Na and his staff. They are always kind and courteous and treat me well. They are great with setting up appointments and being flexible. They take care of my family’s needs as well. I recommend them if you’re in the east bay.

PATIENT BEWARE:
If you really care about your eyes. Avoid this business. The staff is phony they act like they really care, but they don’t, so as long as they take your money.
Stay away from this business they also commit insurance fraud. They bill your insurance company. They are optometrist not an MD.
Since when does an optometrist bill your insurance. Know the difference, do vs md.
Today, I have a new Dr. And I’m very happy.
This business caused injury to my eyes. I ended up going to the emergency room. The dr. Was inept to handling my situation.

I love love Dr. Na. He is so knowledgeable and patient. I never has an optometrist who was so determined to fit me with the right contact lenses. I went through so many pairs until I had the right fit. Dr. Na wanted me to be super happy with my lenses and not just be ok with them. He didn’t care how many trial pairs he had to order.
And when I decided to do LASIK, he took the time to call me and walked me through what to expect during the procedure and after post-​surgery care.
He seriously is the best optometrist!

Dr. Na is great. I have worn contacts for 18 years and have never had a clear prescription. When I first came to ²⁰⁄₂₀ Dr. Na took the time to really dial in my prescription and try different kinds of lenses. It took time but I ended up seeing the best I ever have.
I have since had PRK laser eye surgery coordinated by Dr. Na and he has taken care of all of my post-​op care. He has been great! My eyes have taken a while to heal but he has been very attentive to my recovery every step of the way. He has been extremely patient and accommodating during this process and I would recommend him to anyone.
They also have a great office staff here. They are always very friendly and inviting.

I love ²⁰⁄₂₀ Optometry! I’ve been going there for a few years now and the service is always great, and I always get the best frames.

The absolute BEST experience I have ever had with an eye appointment. While I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years but have always so desperately wanted to wear contact lenses, Dr. Na asked me to let him try putting them in for me just to see how they felt. although squeamish at first, he was so gentle and for the first time in my life, I had contacts in. the office set up a couple of appts for me to come in and get used to putting them in and taking them out and I was amazed at myself — thank to the wonderful assistance. I went to the Doctor on Nov 5 and wanted to be wearing contacts lenses before my birthdayday (Dec 14^th) and sure enought — I was totally wearing them within a week and a half. I love them and I love this office and ALL the associates that I have ever dealt with. Dr Na is especially wonderful because he did what no other Doctor had been able to do…

Been coming here for a long time! Aside from their peripheral-​vision-​intimidator machine, everything else is great! The gals in the front office are great. They have a good selection of frames-​I always ask if them to warn me if I accidentally pick a girls frame. LOL!
Dr. Nah is very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with, He always takes his time and will explain what’s going on with my vision, plus he’s a CAR-​GUY!!!
If you’re looking for a good easy going place to get your eyes checked out without going to one of the chain-​stores, check this place out!

I am so in love with this place. Customer service is excellent and delivery of products are timely. I would recommend this place to everyone who cares about the importance of eye health. :-)

I have used ²⁰⁄₂₀ Optometry the last 2 years. The Optometrist is very nice and personable and the office/​glasses consultant girls are very helpful with learning to use contacts and eye glass selection.
