I love Dr Dela Cruz! He’s very professional and always lets us know what he’s doing and our options. I’ve been going to him for years. We moved over 30 minutes away but we were still considering going to his practice until I had a run in with his office manager/​receptionist Marie. First she rescheduled an appointment without informing me of the new date and when I had questions on why I was being billed for something from 2 years ago, she was very condescending. Also when I went in for my last appointment and told Dr Dela Cruz my experience with her she walked into the room with no reason other than to stare down. Very unprofessional! As much as I love Dr Dela Cruz, I will not be returning due to Marie’s attitude.

My 2 kids & I have been going to Dr. dela Cruz for approx 10 years. There is nothing bad I can say about him nor his practice. He is so very kind, gentle, sweet, attentive, thorough, professional, compassionate & knowledgeable. He is everything you want in a dentist. I started going to him when he occupied another office in San Ramon & I followed him to this new office. I’ve gotten to know his receptionists & all have been so kind & friendly as well. They treat you like family & I always feel comfortable & at ease when going to office. Great dentist! I’ve only had 2 dentists in my life, and my other one retired. I’m grateful I found Dr. dela Cruz as his replacement — best decision ever!

I love DR. dela Cruz and his entire office staff. I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and he certainly does his best to keep you informed and comfortable. Biggest bonus of all is Saturday office appointments. No missing work. His office is clean and bright and warm.

Dr. dela Cruz is wonderful. We moved to the area and so needed a new dentist. I searched online, both Unilocal and other review sites, and decided to try Dr. dela Cruz. So glad we did! He is very professional and has all of the latest equipment. He took a lot of time to explain everything to me, and answered all of my questions.
Unlike many dentists who have their hygienists do all the cleaning and then see you for five minutes to check on things, Dr. dela Cruz does the cleaning himself. He is able to take pictures inside your mouth to show you what is going on and doesn’t try to «make work». I have a filling that needed to be replaced but instead of trying to say I had to do it RIGHT NOW he told me to make sure and schedule it for whenever would work for me over the next few months — and that’s exactly what I did.
Both my husband and I go to Dr. dela Cruz and we are always so impressed each time. The best part is that he has Saturday appointments too.
