The food at the Oakland Digital Inspiration Awards was super. Trace was a true catering professional, and had something for everyone, proteins, seafood to gluten and vegan free. The audience of 200 was pleased and the feedback was unanimously positive.

Great food and great personality. Trace can make anything you want. I hired her for my Chinese New Year’s party for 50 people. She made very authentic, delicious dishes. I hired her after going to a party she was catering. Completely different food (traditional American/continental). I think she can make anything.
I highly recommend hiring her.
