My fiancé was instructed by one of the physicians she needs a CT scan for a potentially serious issues. He told her to get it done this week.
This physician only comes in on Thursdays, she called the imaging center and they didn’t have any idea what was going on or what exactly she needed. Again, the Dr. told her this is urgent.
So for the past two days she’s been calling this place nonstop trying to get this critical matter dealt with and she is not getting even called back. If you need something serious I highly advise looking elsewhere, they are unorganized and are not taking this seriously at all. We are every upset

First, I attempted to make an appointment by calling and got voice mail after voice mail in the morning. The automated attendant asked me to leave a message and they would call me back. After no less than 5 attempts to speak to a real person, I left a message. Guess what? No return call. I called the next day, spoke with the receptionist who said she hadn’t gotten the messages from the previous day. (That should have been the tip-​off to poor service). None the less I made an appointment for a couple of days later at 9:30am. They sent me a packet of information to complete prior to arrival, which I did. I arrived at 9:28 am. At 10:00 am, after being ignored for the entire time of my «visit» I advised the staff that since the doctor didn’t respect the value of my time and show me the same courtesy that patients show for him by arriving on time, that I would find another establishment that didn’t have a problem providing customer service. I expect to wait a reasonable amount of time for any appointment, but 30 minutes is just rude, especially with no explanation and just being ignored for the entire time I was sitting in the «waiting room»…who knows how much longer they would have kept me there cooling my heels.

Great customer care. Techs and drs. are very efficient but also take whatever time is needed.

Exceptional group of individuals — from the front desk to the assistants and doctors — professional and caring individuals. They take their time with the patient. Can’t say enough about the care they’ve provided my 84 year old mother these last several months.
