Been going to Joanne for the last 2 years now. Being a former spa employee, I’m very picky with massage therapists and Joanne is the absolute best. I train really hard 3−4x a day and for my own sake, I need to see her more regularly. She starts by asking you questions about your lifestyle(hydration habits, how much sleep you’re getting, what kind of exercise you do, how stressed you are etc.) and she is very good giving advice on what you could be doing at home to help alleviate any chronic issues you have. During the massage, her main priority is for you to feel relaxed and doesn’t believe that the massage experience needs to be painful, even if she needs to work on those knots. That’s a very hard thing to do but she does it very well! I love going to her because she takes care of me and is really invested in my well-being. I highly, highly recommend her!
