Round Table Pizza

Came in for the all you can eat pizza and salad. We were here half an hour and only two pizzas. The whole time. Two cold lonely ass pizzas. Well guess so much for a buffet. No point in coming if the buffet is not replenished.

Good pizza and buffet, filthy restaurant. Tables feel grimy, bathroom is gross. Cited by Health Board in the past.

This was one of the worst Round Table pizzas I have ever been too. We should have know better, warm summer evening and we walked into a empty Resturant. Very odd for a Resturant in this area. The first booth we sat at the booth was ripped and patched with tap. Sun was beating down on us Windows Han no shades. So we moved to another table and Sears were ripped too.
I ordered two pizzas and both where fine I also ordered two salads and the lettuce was cut into huge slices way too big.
Whoever owns the place needs to run it better and ask themselves why are we empty in a Saturday night

This is the worst run round table I’ve been to, and that’s saying a lot. Waited 45 minutes at our table for an overpriced greasy pizza with no apology. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

My favorite chain pizza. Always love the Maui Zaui or the King Arthur Supreme. This place does Round Table very well.
The forgot to bake one of our pizzas, but made up for it by making it quickly and also gave us a free dessert.

Do Not order your food for delivery … The delivery driver added a tip to my receipt… Why would I give a $ 7 tip on a order costing $ 26.30… Now they are saying I need my customer copy to see if it was on that one… Now it’s been 4 days since I order this pizza and noticed the charge on my account… That receipt been gone… I will Never order from this location or Round Table again… This is why I deal with Mountain Mikes Pizza…

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. They should be out of business. I ordered a pizza tonight at 4:55 pm. They said it would take an hour to be delivered. Ok, fine. 90 minutes later I called to check and was assured it was on its way. 30 minutes later I called back because it still wasn’t here. It finally showed up at almost 8. Yes, 3 hours later. I called the manager and he did agree to cancel the payment but didn’t even offer an apology. I’ll never order from Round Table again. Lesson learned!

2.5 hours for a pizza to be delivered. Initially I was told it would be an hour. Called to check on my order, the manager was incredibly rude. She said they were busy and the driver forgot our pizza.
This was the second time this location has messed up big. Both times instead of being apologetic, they were rude and confrontational. Avoid this location like the plague. I can only assume the owner has no interest in this restaurant as it shows in his/​her management choices.

My husband and I had a taste for pizza tonight and decided to go to Round Table. Boy were we disappointed!
We ordered a large sausage pizza, sat down and felt how cold it was in the entire restaurant. We looked at the two thermostats on the wall and they read 64 degrees, it’s 59 degrees outside. We asked if they could turn up the thermostat to a more comfortable temperature, but were ignored.
We know the Round Table restaurants are individually owned, but the one in San Ramon on Crow Canyon Road needs to improve food, ripped booth seats, filthy carpet, etc. We will not return!

What I love about this place is friendly staff and all you can eat lunch buffet for only $ 8.5. They feature different types of pizza, my favorite is Artichoke & Chicken Pizza, so fresh & yummy.

These guys are awesome providing a consistent round table pizza. They always deliver what you order at a timely manner. We are happy customers every time we order from this location!

Horrible experience. I called to order a pizza. I truly love Round Table and my wife is pregnant. Made the order and was pretty excited. Then I missed a call 12 minutes later that said there is a closer round table to you and your order is cancelled. I looked at my phone over an hour later and listened to the message. The other round table is less than 3 miles away. I called the marketplace store to place new order. I called back he to ask for the manager and he was gone. I talked to the shift manager and he told me he transferred the order. No one told me. I now have two pizzas coming-​lets see what I get charged for. I asked him to call and check with the marketplace store and he said I have to do it. I asked him again and he basically said that’s not our problem you are not in our delivery area. Really… I called and ordered a pizza. You took my order. You called and left a message and now you are done. I love the pizza but I will never go back to Crow Canyon again. Thank you marketplace for picking up your neighbor.

Disappointed today, i like to go for their salad bar, no bacon, no raisins. I used to visit the Pleasanton RT where they also had chicken, and roasted veggies, none of that here. The ingredients all looked fresh, i was just hoping for a few other items that i thought were standard.

4 stars for their lunch buffet. However, the fountain drinks are not included in the price.
Salad bar is fresh and actually better than the other RT’s in the area. The selection is not huge, but the quality is better than Sweet Tomatoes.
The pizza is good. Kids love it.

Not sure why there are such low reviews on here… Round table has been one of my favorite pizza chains, and this location is always quick and efficient, with very helpful employees. Wish they had more deals, but all in all I am always very satisfied here.

We came in from Sacramento for a soccer tournament and was looking to organize a team dinner. I spoke with Ali and asked if we could place an order ahead of time and deliver to our hotel. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even called to confirm an hour after he knew our last game was supposed to start to ensure we were still on schedule for the specified delivery time. He showed up, was pleasant and helped lay all the pizzas out for us. Absolutely amazing experience and will definitely order from them again when we are in town.

I ordered pizza to go recently and they said it would take 1.5 hours for delivery. Way too long for delivery. Called back and said I would pick it up. The lady said that she would refund the delivery price from my card and recharge me when I picked it up. She didnt refund the delivery tab.
Now I have to contact them and dispute the charge. Wouldn’t mind much but I live 60 miles south of there.
Why the hell do I have to take time out of my schedule to deal with their f-​up?

I have to give it to this place. It takes a meeting and still keeps on ticking.
It’s like a time watch for damn sure. I don’t care much for the food but the staff is so nice considering the crazy a kids running around here. The buffe is decent but it’s far and go. Not your chefs hangout.

Horrible horrible customer service! Some employees honor the coupons and some don’t! The manager doesn’t care if you complain! He is not about solving problems like most people trained for management positions!
I strongly suggest you go another pizza place where there employees are not crappy !!
