I am sorry that the other reviewer had a bad relationship with Dr. Ruiz. I, on the other hand, think she is wonderful. First of all, she makes house calls. My mother was in the advance stages of Alzheimer’s and getting her to a doctor’s office or in for lab work was next to impossible for us and was hard on Mom. Dr. Ruiz had a good relationship with my mother and with me. She was quick to communicate. She would call or email and always responded when I emailed or called her. If my mother needed lab work, x-​rays or anything… Dr. Ruiz arranged for someone to come to my mother. She kept my mother as comfortable as possible and worked with us when it became time to call in hospice. My mother was kept as healthy and as comfortable as possible until the day she peacefully passed away. I highly recommend Dr. Ruiz and have recommended her to others.
