This store/​verizon does not deserve any stars! Misleading contracts and run around to get any help!!! Bullfrog/​Verizon in san tan valley does not take care of there customers and no one can help. Been transferred to numbers that disconnect you and anyone you get a hold of has no «power» to assist your account! Have not received visa gift card after 4 plus months and was treated rudely on the phone. Was lied to about how much my monthly bill would be and mislead for family data share plan!!! Also was charged for changing a phone number without being informed. Terrible customer service and support! NEVER use verizon!!!

Love this store. Close to home and sales reps are very helpful. I like Donald Walker as he is easy to talk to and knowledgable. Plus very patient!!! Which I need sometimes as I don’t always understand things. Plus it’s next to a starbucks. That’s a big plus!
