My usual ross is on palomar and can’t really seem to find much at my normal location after digging and digging through mixed sized clothes. My friend recently bought his daughter lots of cute clothes from this location and needed to find out for myself. Im glad i came into this ross. They had tons of shirts for my daughter and a whole isle on her size :) happy camper today. Did not have much shorts or skirts but thats okay. Found a big amount of clothes for her and my son got a few outfits too. I was very pleased with coming into this ross. And i would think since its closer to the border there wouldn’t be shit but surprisingly closer to the border had wayy more clothes than palomar weird but awesome to know!

I love shopping at Ross’s! I buy my clothes here; mostly tops and dresses! Today, I had to come here finding a new pair of sunglasses! I found a $ 20 Juicy Couture brand that originally costs $ 99. Great deal! I save so much money shopping here. I like this location because it’s fairly clean and I always walk out with something. They also sell cute brand name purses and shoes. Thankfully, hubby was patient with me when I shop. Come here early because that is when no one is here. This Ross’s was open at 8 am on Sunday! We arrived at 9 am and no one was in the store. I don’t like it when there are crowds of people around me. I also shop for my daughter’s clothes, shoes and toys here. I like finding brand names at great, affordable prices. I definitely will be back for more stuff! There’s plenty of parking in front!

I have been a Ross customer for over 20 years, I know its forte are prices, not customer service yet this is an outstandingly BAD service: Last Tuesday at 9:00PM I went in for a couple of items, knew what I wanted and had selected my purchases in less than 10 minutes. I get into line to pay, its long(around 23 people when I started counting), but not that unusual. Then I notice that there is ONE cash register checking out customers, and that the other three employees at the customer service register(with the light on) are not to be interrupted from their chatter. Finally my husband goes over to ask what is the matter, because we have been there for 15 minutes and the line has hardly moved,(I pity the girl at the open register!). The reply he receives is from an unsympathetic associate named Raquel who informs that all other cashiers are«at lunch»(this is at 9:15 pm!), and turns around without as much as a second glance. Human Resources: wake up and do your job, there are plenty of customer oriented people you can hire, keep the quality workers that will do more than the bare minimum and motivate them with praise and rewards for a job well done. This works!

There are four employees behind the counter and three people in line but only one cashier is open… There are only a handful of customers shopping because it’s 9:30 am so why isn’t anyone else on a register!!! Isn’t it more important to keep customers happy and get them out the door!!! What happened to efficient customer service?!? But apparently from the obvious 1 star rating, I’m not the only person that thinks this store isn’t on the ball.

Came here and received rude service from Raquel. She was moving so quickly and didn’t here what I said in regards to the change I had. I was looking at my receipt because I noticed the total should have been more and she proceeded to tell me that I was done and could leave when in fact she wasn’t done. I pointed it out and told her she was moving too quickly she rung me up again for the item she forgot. I worked as a retail cashier for many years back in my day and am by no means an unkind customer. I know the pressure the cashiers feel when the line was long. Her service was unacceptable. My business will be taken elsewhere…
