Honestly the one star I gave this company
Means absolutely nothing… Recently my boyfriends car was towed. When they finally arrived after a long wait with the police, the tow truck driver came up to my boyfriend asking for the keys and proceeded to go rush to his bmw. My boyfriend politely stopped him to give him the tow hook but the tow truck driver said the he did not need it. Mind you, the bmw is lowered and you have to be extra cautious of breaking and scratching of the under carriage. Well after the driver neglected the offer he ran back into the car and gassed it up the tow truck without hooking it carefully or anything. As he was doing so, my boyfriend, the two Marina police and I heard a large clunk that echoed. It was not a normal sound at all. At the time it wasn’t important because of the over all situation. 4 days later when we picked the car up from the monterey shop with in moments of driving the car would clunk while shifting. (Manual transmission) as the day wore on it got progressively worse. We parked the car and gave them a call. The man on the phone was very quick to say that it wasn’t their fault and after minutes of discussion he finally gave us «options» on what to do. We are having the damage estimated in the morning and will continue this report after everything is said and down.

They only accept farmers insurance… The guy seemed to have some trouble driving the truck, too. Won’t be a returning customer. 2 stars because they agreed to tow it to my house instead with little argument once they understood why/​what I wanted.
