P.F. Chang’s

Bonnie and I had another great meal here the other night. The service is always good and even if they make small mistakes, it is easy to overlook because of the professional manner in which they conduct business. Never disappointed.

This isn’t s 5 star restaurant but it does serve pretty great food consistently, very friendly, professional and welcoming staff and quick to-​go orders. All this makes me a happy customer!

PF Chang’s, the franchise, is one of our favorite restaurants, but our last service experience at this location was non-​existent. The first problem that happened when we entered the restaurant is that we asked the host if we could sit in as private of an area as possible (i.e. a booth, etc). She said they didn’t have anything available, and then proceded to sit us in the middle of the restaurant. Looking around, we saw plenty of booths available, but we didn’t complain.
We looked over our menu for over 25 minutes without a single person waiting on us. Nearly every, if not every, server walked by our table without looking at us or saying a word to us. No drink order, no «I’ll be right with you». Finally, after that time, as I started to look very angry (I’m sure) a server finally took notice and offered to find our server (and he did offer to take our drink order at that point). However, we were so angry, we just no longer wanted to eat there. So, we left. It should be noted that the management was just as much at fault for not noticing us either. Someone should’ve been watching the floor, especially since their servers are too immature to handle the job. I don’t see us coming back to this location ever again.

Not quite as nice as other PF Changs I’ve been to. Excellent service from Olivia our server though. My wife’s food was good, however my Kung Pao chicken was dry and had no flavor.
Olivia went back and had the main chef redo my order. The difference was like night and day. Brian the manager came over and we discussed the issue. He offered my meal for free due to the quality issue.
Thanks to that decision I will continue to be a customer. Olivia is an awesome server!

I almost every time ordered pad Thai.
But 80% taste is different every time.
So many different cooker!!!
This time was no lime with meal n taste was not good. I couldn’t eat. I was hungry that why I ate some though. So sad for my today’s meal.

Got seated quick, but no one wanted to wait on us. We sat at our table for 15 minutes watching others who sat after us get waited on. No one ever paid any attention to us. We left and went to a restaurant that acknowledges their customers. Had a great dinner.

It is clear the food here is not Chinese at all! Even the workers are not Chinese which is different than the same Resturant in CA or any other states. The food is dry and nothing special.

PF Chang’s is one of my favorite restaurants. Love the atmosphere, the service and of course the food!

We usually enjoy eating at PF Changs but our Kung Pao Scallops were awful. The breading was soggy and the scallops were mushy.

No good. The resturants we know In Texas is really good. This one was noe good for 16 dollars

Just stopped in to meet a friend for drinks. Nice cocktail menu and good service.

I always stop here for lunch whenever I’m in the Destin area for lunch. The food is consistently excellent and they have a lunch menu with smaller portions than the dinner entrees and also includes your choice of soup or salad (the egg drop soup is the best you’ll find).
The reason I won’t give this 5 stars is that the service is always slow. It works fine for me because I work while I’m waiting but don’t go if you only have an hour for lunch!
If you’re on vacation & want to enjoy a cocktail while you’re waiting, they have a nice selection of beverages. The bar area & the bartenders are also nice if you choose not to be seated at a table.

This is my favorite restaurant. Have eaten here many times and most of the time everything is perfect. Love the unsweetened tea with the fruit flavor, Mongolian beef, lettuce wraps and hot and sour soup! Make sure to make a reservation during the season.

My hubby and I ate dinner here on Friday night! Our waiter was Eric and he’s awesome. Our food came out hot and delicious. Thanks for your great hospitality!

We came at 2100 the table manager was rude and the waiter took our order wrong and bad service.

Went to PF Changs tonight for dinner and the service was terrible. Our server started the evening off by apologizing for being slow and then proceeded to explain that he got two tables at once and why that meant he was behind… etc, etc… excuse after excuse. Having been a waitress for 10 years I know what being ‘double sat’ means and had service been good he would have just taken time to take orders rather than blame others for his lack of tact and talent. The evening proceeded in that way. Soup and apps came out lukewarm, no plates at any time were pre-​bussed, cups were empty, and dessert was forgotten repeatedly. We enjoy this restaurant but if we decide to come back again we will have to be sure not to sit in his section. One side note, the beef in the Orange Peel was so chewy it was inedible… typically however we enjoy the entrees.

We waited at our table for 10 – 15 minutes and we were not given waters or anything. The waiter passed us multiple times and didn’t say anything. We eventually got up and left. I would recommend going to a different restaurant.

Not good customer service! was not greeted at the door when we walked in! A caucasian man skipped us while we were in line at hostess desk waiting on for our reservation to be acknowledged. I felt discriminated against because he just walked to the desk to a pager with no regard to us standing there. In addition there was a party there, of other blacks, and because we are black they assumed that we was automatically a part of their party. There was a trainee at the hostess desk who did not know what she was doing. Some one did come to help her, but after all that, I was not a happy camper. Our server detailed a manager who came to our table and gave us a free appetizer. Woo who! Hopefully the food will make up for the difficulty at the hostess desk…

My husband and I liked this place for dinner :) the service, drinks (I recommend the coconut water cocktail), and food was awesome… the sitting was kind of tight. Other than that, our visit was enjoyable!

The service was awesome and the food is always good. I had Budda’s feast steamed, which was great. The wine was great! The manager, Megan, was so friendly. I even came in a hour before they were closing and they were so friendly and nice.
