I have been working with Michael at Max 4 Fitness for over 2 years. Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable in the areas of strength training and conditioning. His priorities are to help you meet your goals while minimize injury. His routines are thorough, well thought-out, and have been adaptive my personal goals. Michael has a knack for knowing the sweet spot for training in terms of knowing just the right weight and reps to use in a routine and has a great arsenal of exercises to help recover from injury or focus on specific areas of improvement from your max bench press to your golf game. Micheal has provided instrumental nutritional guidance and direction outside of the gym to help maintain momentum and the benefits of working with Michael extend far beyond the time in training. Lastly Michael provides a warm and welcoming environment to get started. No judgement, only support. The gym is definitely worth checking out.
