The manager Roberta is Amazing. Very professional and a pleasure to interact with. Thank you!

The waiter was ok. The group of young people across from us were taking food left behind by other guests, that never got cleared. This was so gross. Had to wait for a receipt for 26 mins because the kiosk didn’t Print one. Chili’s has gone way down hill. Won’t ever go to another one. This use to be a great place to go and the food was great. Never again!!! No customer service and the kiosk has just made this so much worse!

The only reason that two stars is being given was that the server was good, albeit a bit overbearing. He was fast, polite, but asked us how our food was at least 6 times in 20 minutes. The sad part is, we had to lie and say our food was good since we didnt have enough time to send it back. We have been to several Chilis over the course of many years with no issues in the past. We ordered the chips and wueso, and the queso came out salty, and the salsa bland. My wife ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was overly salty, which threw the flavor off. I ordered the ribeye medium, and it came out rare. Besides that, it had zero flavor, and hardly resembled a ribeye steak. This was our first time at this location, and it will be our last.

The service was so slow, the food was just okay– If I get to pick the place to eat with friends or family, it won’t be here! And it’s sad because I was once a big fan(in the other states I’ve lived, this was a good place!) But for real, what happened to customer service and satisfaction? yeah, if I’m going out to eat in Sandy, it won’t be to Chili’s anytime again soon.

I only gave it one star because it would not let me leave a negative star. My wife and daughters went there and came back and told me about their experience. Basically, they got chips and salsa with PUBICHAIR topping. Totally ruined the evening. Time to check the dump I forgot to add, when the wait staff was alerted to the PUBE relish, they apologized and took the cost of the PUBE dish off the check. Wow, defiantly a great way to make sure the customer is comforted… No need to pay for PUBES. Thank you Again this place is a dump

We waited for 15 minutes to be seated. The hostess said they had no wait staff at the moment and were waiting for the next shift to start. We were warned in advance, so I’m not upset about the wait… just mentioning it in case people are worried about timeliness. Be careful if you go with kids, they have tablets at every table and you don’t have to approve anything for your child to start charging games to your bill. They get around it by saying that the tablet mentions it on the very first screen. But if your child happens to tap the screen at all before you read that you never see it again. They also won’t take the tablet away from the table because«that’s where it’s assigned to be» so we had to fight with our three year old the entire time to eat her food and not play with the tablet. No matter where we moved it she was trying to get it. We don’t let her play with technology at the table so she thought it was a big treat. The chips and salsa are good, but the chips are so thin they break constantly. I ordered the chicken fajitas, but the pan was so hot(yes I know it’s supposed to be hot) that my food was literally burning while I was trying to eat it. So they tasted burned and smoky, it was a big disappointment. My husband got a hamburger that he said was decent, my daughter enjoyed her quesadilla. The waiter was really on top of keeping our drinks filled and checking in with us… he was probably the best thing at Chili’s.

This wasn’t my choice for dinner, but my daughter loves their tacos. She didn’t eat any of the rice or BBQ salsa though. I ordered the spinach queso – it was just okay. The corn tortilla chips that came with the dip were too greasy and each one broke because they were too thin. Expensive too. Our waitress kept our drinks full and was attentive. Easy to pay the bill at the table with a machine.

Every time I go here I end up asking myself why. First of all the place is freezing. Second, the service leaves a lot to be desired for. When we arrived in the restaurant we waited a good five minutes before we were acknowledged and the place was dead. I’m sure the manager saw us but guess he was too busy doing nothing to acknowledge us. Our server wasn’t that much better either, she was snooty and threw out more«no’s» than I care to hear… everything by the book, no exceptions! The quality of the food has also diminished. The salsa was runny and the queso had bits of fat in it… yuk! The only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one is their Molten Lava Cake… best desert ever!

If your going to the Sandy Chilis expect a very mediocre experience. They are obviously trying to implement serving teams(13 tables for 2 servers) and have absolutely no idea how to do it. Our servers were unorganized and forgot parts of our order; even after multiple requests. I don’t expect much from chain restaurants but this by far has been the worst experience in quite a while. I overheard our server(Alex) explain to the table next to us that he looses sleep over orders that are not correct; I expect him to have nightmares tonight.

Poor service… That is all. Not enough staff to cover the whole restaurant and drinks orders were missing components. The table next to us even got an incorrect order causing the server to tell his life story about how he loses sleep over wrong orders. Jeez this place needs to improve.

Worst service. Asked for cheese and waited 20 minutes for it after our waiter served 2 other tables visiting 6 times before getting it. Had to remind him twice. Food was mediocre at best. I won’t return

Why do they keep changing the menu every 3 – 6 months? I finally found something I like they go and mess around with it. I’m not sure if it is this location or Chili’s in general(probably the latter) but quit changing things up just because you can. So help me if you mess with the salsa(in chips n salsa) or the queso I will never be coming back because that is how good they are right now. The service here is so-so. Not great, not terrible.

While I generally like Chilis, my husband brought me home nachos with chicken last night from a family get together that I could not attend. At first I thought he must have brought me leftovers, but he assured me he ordered me nachos. There were exactly 8 chips, a side of sour cream and salsa, and so many jalapeños you couldn’t see the 8 chips. 8 chips — i counted them before handing the takeout package back to my husband and reheating some leftovers for dinner. It’s sad when the nachos at a fast food establishment far exceed the quality of a sit down restaurant and at half the cost. Not one of my better Chilis experiences.

Thanks for the food poisoning. I sat at the bar where I had a great view of the kitchen, I should have listened to my gut. The kitchen was nasty dirty. I even heard an employee sneezing and coughing. She should have been sent home. Ate here Tuesday feb 3 in the evening. spent two days suffering in my hotel room and missed meetings. I feel their poor handling and practices of food and drinks made me sick within hours and I can not recommend this location to anyone but the health department.

I don’t normally love chain restaurants but I do love this Chilis location. We popped in for a work lunch and had some surprisingly great food from their new menu. We also had a rockstar server so we decided to go back for dinner about a week later. Our dinner experience was just as good not only with the food but also the service. Great experience!

My fault, I was hungry and wanted something close to the mall. This is processed food people, nothing fresh coming out of this kitchen. Server was lacking. Food was meh. Hardly an ounce of meat on the ribs. If I didnt eat some of my moms fajita I would have left hungry.

Chili’s in Sandy is probably like Chili’s at wherever you live/visit. It’s decent quality food at a decent price. I entertained a party of 8 and my total bill wasn’t much over $ 100.00 before tip.

Gross. The special which was a short rib enchilada was just gross. The meat was fatty and made of gristle. They charged 750 for a margarita which they list in the menu but cleverly don’t list the prices. One of us had cajun shrimp pasta. Shrimp were tiny and tasted old. Ribs had weird mustard sauce. It was just all too much. Plus my husband and I, who are in our 50s, we’re both CARDED for our drinks. Is this some kind of weird Mormon thing? We won’t be returning. Gross.

This Chili’s was okay. We were seated quickly and they waited as the rest of our group showed up before taking our orders. They gave us a bowl of lemons for our waters, we won’t be getting scurvy anytime soon(but seriously it’s nice when they’re not stingy with the lemon). I got the Santa Fe Chicken Salad for about $ 10, I noticed that some of the lettuce leafs were brown and the sauce masked the freshness of the salad. (The salads are served on rectangle plates, it would be nice if they had the traditional round plate for a salad — next time I’ll ask for it). I’m a sports fan, so it was nice to have a basketball game and tennis match(that’s right, two TVs) to glance at every once in a while. This is why I’ve come to Chili’s in the past, to watch a game while catch a meal.

Chili’s really seems to have gone downhill over the past few years. The service is fine, and the restaurant is clean enough, but the food has been really disappointing the past few times we’ve been here. Smaller portions, not as fresh, lower quality, and doesn’t come out hot. I tried the bacon-jack-chicken thing last time and, well, the photo on the menu sure made it look good… Weird seasonings all around, stale-tasting broccoli and pretty good chicken on a cold, smudged/dirty plate. I didn’t hate it, but my friends did & I can’t convince them to go back.
