The ladies here were not very helpful, they were pushy and just wanted me to do my taxes on my own. It says walk ins on the door but when I walked in, the lady asked if I had an appointment and when I said no, she gave me a nasty look and said well I’ll see if I can get you in… Talk about terrible customer service.
