When I enter the office I was not immediately greeted. His secretary/wife was in the waiting room hold personal conversations with a patient. Once she did check me in, I was put back in a room very quickly. She then proceed to talk(unrelated) to me for 15 minutes. Dr. Staley told me I probably had gout(when I had already explained that I had injured my foot… I heard it and felt it. So he did an x-ray. After reviewing the x-ray, he told me he was more confused. take naproxen and it should clear up in a few. Well a few days have gone by and I am still in pain. I called to get a copy of my x-ray and he informed me that he did not do digital imaging(office is so out of date) and that he didn’t even know where he could get me a copy. So, I have got to pay for another x-ray somewhere else to hopefully find out what is wrong with my foot. It is clear that he doesn’t know. It is a shame that an office could be so outdated with equipment needed to serve patients. The final draw that turned me off even more was his wife/secretary trying to show me the books that she has written and telling me not to drink water with fluoride in it and eat with with monogluten something in it. No wonder you can get an appointment immediately and there is a 2 or more week wait everywhere else. Basically, I have been denied a copy of my x-ray because he doesn’t know where to get one because his equipment is out of date. I now have to go spend more time and money because he is incompetent.
