I come here occasionally on my lunch break. Yes, it’s about a 15 minute drive from my office but I think this place is ideal for a fast yummy Mexican lunch. I always get their chicken rolled tacos and they are delicious ! Their drive thru window is always fast and their prices are very reasonable. Keep in mind that their food is very heavy so if you visit this place on your lunch break be prepared that there may be a possibility you may get sleepy after this big meal.

This is by far the best Albertos around. However, the portions have gotten a lot smaller, and the food is slipping. I will give it another chance.

My friend and I were craving asada fries at 1AM and this location was the only one we could find. Fries weren’t that great, they could have added more meat. Lacked a lot of flavor.

I love the tacos from here. Always big and plenty of hot sauce. Hit or miss with the food poisoning but hey I keep coming back and taking a chance. Pretty tasty when it is well prepared. =)

This used to be one of my favorite spots but after tonight I will never go there again. The food was so bad that I am writing this review from the porcelain thrown. My wife went to pick up our food which consisted of carne Asada torta(mine), chicken flautas(wife’s), and an order of carne Asada fries. Both were horrible, and to top it off the service was worse. Based on a he attitude, Bitter ass lady at the window if obviously not happy with her job. It’s s damn shame cause like i said this was one of my spots.

I eat for two sometimes three people. The food here was so awful I threw away probably 80% of my plate because it was that bad. I got the chicken tacos. I don’t really care for any of the salsas. Most of them were pretty spicy. Yes I’m a white boy but none of them were very mild or tasted well enough to cover up how bad the food was.

What can I say? Alberto’s is So Cal royalty. Get everything. Especially the huge asada tacos, and the asada burrito with guacamole.

Alberto’s is always my go-to spot for late night food. I’ll keep it short and simple, get the carne asada fries! If you can’t finish the huge order by yourself or you don’t plan on sharing, get the small size. Not really a fan of the salsas, so they lose a star there. Sorry Alberto’s, salsa game has to be on point. Pros: –accepts card –open late

I came in here happy and hungry but took off upset and disgusted. I was with a friend and we ordered the large carne asada fries. It looked so good and tasted bomb dot com. I was about almost done eating my half when something told me to check my phone. after i checked my phone right when I was about to dig in, a little roach ran out of the spot where I was going to eat! I couldn’t believe it! I almost ate it! Yuck!!! I was kind enough not to put the place on blast so I simply called one of the cashiers and showed her what had happened. She looked up as if it fell from the ceiling, killed the roach and asked us if we wanted something else to eat. I probably should have gotten my money back, called the FDA and my attorney. But no harm was done and I’m a nice guy. I really don’t like writing bad reviews unless a place like this deserves it. So be careful to examine your food and eat it slow. Haaa I thought they were going to start singing«La Cucaracha» song Oh and pray for your food. I believe cause I prayed and thanked Jesus Christ for the food, He watched out for me

This place has decent Mexican food and they are pretty quick to bring out your food. Whenever I’m in So Cal and im craving a quick bite of Mexican food, I come here. I usually order the California burrito which is pretty good or the Carne asada fries. While this place is not the best for Mexican food, it def isn’t the worst.

Had a Spanish rice craving late at night, so we drove to Alberto’s. I can’t say that I’m impressed, but it wasn’t bad. The burritos are huge, but they don’t have a combination of the burrito where they put rice and lettuce in it and the employees weren’t very helpful :\

A couple coworkers and I go there for lunch about once every two weeks. The food is good, a little more expensive than comparable places and they charge a service fee to use a credit card. That would have earned them 4 stars. But yesterday two of us got a cup of water, the other got soda. I immediately noticed my drink tasted funny. I only took a couple sips. My coworker said his tasted different as well, but he finished his drink. So today I woke up with a mild sore throat. My coworker also has similar symptoms. And the coworker that ordered soda was fine. I never had a problem before, but I doubt I’ll be going back anytime soon if ever…

Stumbled upon this place a while ago. Seems like every other one, but I was pretty impressed with it. Got the carne asada fries and I don’t know what it was, but this place had the best asada in town! Definitely . Tried the asada torta as well and that was pretty good too. Honestly, these are the only two items I really ever eat; creature of habit. The menu is pretty much the same as every other Alerto’s/Alberto’s in Orange County, but not gonna lie, one of the best carne asada fries. Good place to go to if you got the late night munchies.
