I’ve been coming to California beauty salon for about four years now. They are great with fades.
The shape of my head is not smooth all around so it really requires the haircutter to be precise and to have a lot of experience cutting different peoples hair. I often hear «oh don’t worry I’ve been cutting hair for over x years.» Just to later find out that they can’t take instruction because they’re so convinced that they know what they’re doing. Wrong! Pay attention to what the customer wants. It’s their hair!
Well California beauty salon pays attention. They do what the customer requests no matter how odd the request might be. Now that’s a true hair professional with experience. Go see them. Martha the owner is especially great.
Note:They speak Spanish primarily but a lot of them also speak English.

They are usually really good.
Now every time I come in, they always get these regulars that get hooked up and shoot to the front of the line.
I’m not going to spend 2 hours for a single haircut because they are to busy trying to hook up their family members or friends.
I’ll take my business elsewhere!

This place is reliable for haircuts. Affordable at $ 10 plus I am always leaving a satisfied customer.
Its not as cool as El Catrin barbershop in downtown Santa Ana but no hipsters or long wait here.
All you have to do is get to know someone who works here, get their ph# and call in advance so they can set an appointment other wise you will wait minimum 45 min-​1hr.
Minus 1 star because it costs as much as El Catrin barbershop where they hook you up with a quick shoulder massage with this awesome massage machine they put over their hands. No massage here

Great hair cuts at a great price. Fades are cut well. Ask for Temo. Huge place with many stalls. I have never Waited more than 10 minutes to get a chair.
They are friendly and have Main Street parking 10 feet from the front door.

I cut my own hair for 15 years and could never find anyone to cut it well until I found this spot! U won’t regret.

My family had been going to this salon for over 15 years and everything was great. Susan was the original owner of this place, she passed away about 6 months ago and her nephew took over the salon. Everything has changed and the service is not good anymore. Emma is the hairstylist that would do my boys hair, i’m glad she moved out of that place. If any customers are looking for her, she has moved south down the street to corona’s beauty salon on main st between richland and highland. The number to emma is 714 564 0954.
