This Del is right by my kids school. By far the best customer service of any Del around, the ladies here are always so friendly. They load up the food here too, they never skimp on their portions. Fast and very efficient.

I’ve only been a couple times since working there in 1978. The thing that sucks now is there is no longer lard in the beans. If you want lard you have to go to a mom and pop joint. The menu is larger, but some of the good items are gone. Look for them at the return of Naugles.
The workers are friendly, the dining room is very clean. It is hard to get in the lot. You need to make a U turn. The lot is small, and leaving can be difficult since its next to a freeway on ramp and traffic can be a bitch.

The guy taking the orders, was inpatient and couldn’t understand what Dwayne was asking for, he repeated the order back and rushed us to the window, but our order was not only wrong there was nobody behind us? What’s he’s deal? What did we still to upset him? I understand if he’s got a long line of people, but he didn’t

Terrible every time I have come here my food is cold I don’t know why I have given this place like four tries but every time my food was cold this last time
I asked for fresh fries and they said no literally told me no I already got my bag so U asked for a refund and the assistant manager said sorry no refund I have to eat what I get? Terrible service do waste your time!

I used to stop off here on my way to work every morning. The morning staff is always friendly!
I’ve never had any isues here.
It does suck that you have to do a u turn to get into this location if you’re headed west. Also, this location is not open 24 hrs! So it sucks when you’re starving around 2 am.

Garden Grove, CA
I came here instead of one closed to my house. (I can walk to the one close to my house.) Anyway, they give you great amount of filling. I only ordered crispy Shrimp taco and it has generous amount of shrimp and salsa.
Their tortilla is somewhat thicker which I like.
Staff is way friendly and they get their order correctly all the time.

The staff here are more friendly than any other Del Taco I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot from California to Florida. Actually I’ve only been to a lot in CA and 1 in Florida… Anyhow, the location of this one is pretty bad, you can only get to it heading in 1 direction.
Over all, I think this is one of the nicest Del Taco’s I’ve been to because the staff put some effort into making it look nice. They even brought my order to me when I was sitting down waiting for my number to be called. That’s never happened at any other Del Taco.

Or at least I do when I know I need something quick in my tummy before a run.
Ordered at the drive thru; super prompt, friendly service (young-​ish kid working the drive thru), and my order was right (special order: chicken soft tacos no sauce). No complaints!
I don’t eat fast food often, but sometimes you just get peckish or need it.

The service here is very grumpy. The staff is rude and got confrontational regarding not being able to understand what was ordered at the drive-​through.
The crunchy taco shell tastes like it is been sitting out for a few days. It’s stale and the cheese on the taco was put on very minimal
Next time I’m in the area, I’m going to skip this del taco and find anyplace else

This is, believe it or not, my go to spot for a bite for dinner before hitting the gym. It in not in a great spot, since you can only turn into it if you are heading east on 4th street, but it is on my way to the freeway.
The drive through is fairly fast, and the tacos are *more* authentic than the other nations Taco-​something chain. I usually get the chicken soft tacos or the grilled chicken burrito, and occasionally I get the fish tacos, which are surprisingly good, but a little messy for a quick bite in the car.
No, it is not real authentic Mexican food. But it is good fast food.

Bad location on the corner of 4th Street and the 55 Freeway. Only one way to get in and one way to get out. Only been through the drive-​thru here and workers were friendly. The place is always pretty empty when I come by so the food making is pretty quick, but other than that… it’s just A-​OK.

Why are they so rude here?!?
And, why are they so stingy with their hot sauce?!? You would think it’s coming out if their wallet!
The only reason I come here is because it’s right across from work. It’s convenient for when I’m lazy and/​or on a budget.
But, I dislike how rude the drive-​thru employees are at this location.
Get the stick out of your ass!!!
There’s plenty of people who would gladly work here with a smile on their face!

Every time I go here, they mess up my order somehow. Today I paid 40 cents extra for sour cream on my burrito and when I got to work, I saw they only put, no joke, about 1 tsp. Just one drop in the center of it… I’ve decided to boycott them AGAIN and drive farther away for another del taco store. The ladies there have attitudes too.
