Great cup of coffee located in a hole in the midst of downtown Santa Ana. great location. great owner that knows his stuff on the coffee’s.
–1 star though, for not having the iced coffee available on the menu. I had to settle with an iced americano. great experience, but a bit dissatisfied as i can get an iced americano anywhere; but i wanted to try their iced coffee on the menu.

Eibar roasting house has a chill vibe and great coffee. Hang out on weekends and you’ll rub shoulders with local residence from the Artist Village. Matt roasts his own beans to perfection and the Café Mocha is THE best if had, and I’ve had my fair share.

Finally, a great place for coffee in downtown Santa Ana! Each cup of coffee ordered is made using a pour over method, which makes great tasting coffee. Even more special is that Matt, the owner, roasts his own beans. He rotates different roasts each week, which you can buy by the pound for home use. If you ask nicely, I’m sure he’ll even give you a brief tutorial on how to make a perfect cup of coffee at home.
Highly recommended.
