Got Maids Cleaning Services

I recently called GotMaids, the owner and his employee came to give us a quote. Rather than asking what I want to cleaned, I asked what service they provide. The owner specifically mentioned that all glass and mirror is cleaned with a squigy; that to me was unique and they move all the furniture to sweep and mop.
The day of service Christina and another employee came. I normally don’t oversee the work but somehow I noticed that what is mentioned was not being done.
After 2 hours the employee stopped working as her time was up. I went thru the house to check and noticed so much cleaning was left undone. I called the owner and he offered to not charge me and come back and re clean the house. I offered to still pay him as long as they agreed to come back. Nonetheless I have them the check, the owner called me back and said he would return the check… I’m still waiting.
I would not recommend their services, they promise-don’t deliver and did not display good customer service.
Sorry GotMaids… you lost out on a lot on all my business additionally referral business as well.

Absolutely horrible service. They broke & damaged multiple thing in my house. To top it off they stole from me. Their lack of response when I contacted them on multiple occasions was very frustrating. Don’t ever use them. I wish I could give them negative stars.
