Mom and Pop shops for the win! I have passed by this place several times in the last two weeks as I usually go to the cake store in the same center. Yesterday was the first time I actually stopped by since I am always up for smaller more personal eating venues. My roommate and I walked in and wasn’t what I expected it was small and quait but the owner greeted us with a very friend hello. As we looked at the menu we were happy to see that all the menu items had a picture to it(my roommate and I are visual eaters) We agreed upon a quesadilla oaxaca and a torta ahogada and two fruit juices mine had watermelon and apple with something else and my roommates had lemon, orange, mango pineapple. The owner was nice enough to let us try the quesadilla oaxaca with chicken on one side and carnitas on the other since we could not make up our minds. As we sat down we noticed they had Colombian products for sale as well that looked quite delicious.(not a grocery store full but a rack of a few items that I am sure if you were from Colombia you would get all nostalgic about) We sat and watch tv as they have a nice flat screen for you to enjoy while you wait. The food came out in a timely manner and looked delicious. We tried the quesadilla first and it was scrumptious it had beans and cheese and a great portion of meat.(we could have shared this and been done eating it was bountiful) Then we moved on to the torta it had a very good sauce that I must warn is spicy… my nose was proof of that as it started to clear up… but ohh so addicting. this too had a plenty of meat. side note I love how they put fresh avocado on these dishes instead of just plopping some kind of guacamole concoction. As for the juices they were delicious made right in front of you with real fruit. After our meal the owner came to make sure that the food was satisfactory and wished us well as we left. –Great food –Inexpensive for good portions(juices are pricey but you are also paying for fresh ingredients so totally worth it) –Friendly services(this one is a big plus for me) –Would definitely recommend

This place is fantastic! But don’t come here expecting chicken liver and knockwurst; this is not a deli in that sense. Admittedly, I was a bit confused by the place when I first walked in. I am very glad I stayed and tried the place out. This quaint, family owned restaurant has a unique offering: wonderful Columbian inspired dishes and sandwiches, along with fresh squeezed juices and smoothies. When I walk in, I am greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine, «Hello! Good to see you again!» I work locally, and have eaten lunch here three times in the past few weeks. So far, I have tried the Cuban sandwich, the GDF sandwich, and the Tropical sandwich. Each sandwich was fresh, tasty, and gratifying. I also get a juice with my sandwich, which is squeezed fresh right there in front of me when I order it. The assorted fruits and vegetables are usually apple, carrot, cucumber, orange, tomato, mango, pineapple, beet, and celery. If you juice, this place is definitely worth visiting! I know the«deli» designation is confusing. I’ve seen people walk in and promptly walk out because the menu was not what they thought. The owners have since added regular sandwiches to their menu, which I am sure was necessary in order to keep people from leaving. I urge anyone taking the time to read this review to stop in and try their food and juices. This place will not disappoint.

Three stars with potential for a 4 or 5 star upgrade for sure. This unsuspecting«deli» is really a south american influenced«fast food» restaurant that also sells a few american style sandwiches. They have everything from enchiladas, tacos, cuban sandwich, some kind of haitian dish I had not heard of, columbian style dishes — I mean really, they have a lot of cultures going on here. I asked what was good and said I liked spicy, so I was suggested either the wet burrito or the spicy enchiladas. The enchiladas were $ 7 but the plate is big enough for lunch and dinner. They were tasty. Spicy. But nothing I would crave for. I want to come back and try their other items for sure. I really wouldn’t classify this place as a deli though. They were DEAD at lunchtime on a friday when the nearby del taco and carls jr lines were packed and over flowing onto the streets… hmmmm.

This tiny place has been open 6 months. Tucked away behind the Del Taco and Carl’s jr. It is Columbian, El Salvadorian, Mexican influenced sandwiches, tacos burritos. Very tast tacos alambre plate. Very homemade, fresh tasting with decent ingredients. I’ll try the Cuban sandwich next. It all looks good. Smoothies, juices, salads, wraps, too. It’s worth a short drive.
