Jack In The Box

Hey, if you’ve been to Jack in the Box before, it’s pretty much the same everywhere you go. I will say that the employees are friendly and helpful and usually provide service a smile. This particular location isn’t in the best of areas; usually some homeless people hanging around — never had an issue from them though. My favorite item on the menu right now is the Homestyle Ranch Chicken sandwich. It’s got bacon, cheese, ranch, lettuce and tomato with a crispy chicken breast on a nice squishy bun that is better than their standard bun. I come here because it’s a quick walk from my work, and service is quick. Good enough for a quick meal.

I just want to take my time the people who work at this jack in the box they are very friendly and polite I just want to say thank you to Gabby and to the other people who work here I just want to give them 5 stars

The food is okay here. The service could be better. The one weird thing is they have is waiting for our food in the parking lot next-​door. I don’t understand why but we are asked park next-​door in with her food. Maybe next time we’ll go inside and order instead of the drive.

If I could give negative stars I would give this jack in the box –5
They ALWAYS mess up my order forget fries nuggets burgers tacos wrong sauce… You gotta always check everything n when u get your bag in drive threw.
So repeat your order at least 3 times and check your bag before you pull way from the window.

Worst service ever omg!!! I tried accruing conversation and the lady completely ignored me but talked to all the customers after me perfectly fine?! Whatever. Then doesn’t even explain my order to me right when handing it to me. She was hard enough to understand as it is! Then hands me my shake with no whipped cream?! Everytime I come here their missing. Something! Not even exaggerating. They didn’t even ask if that was ok or apologize about it. Worst jack in the box ever and on top of all the quality of food and shakes are so disappointing. I’d give 0 stars if possible!

Worst service of my life. Every single time we come here they don’t respond when we are outside for minutes. I literally gave to run out and knock on the window to get them to open their drive thru although its 24hr. And the workers are awfully mean and yell at me saying that there is no line. It’s always a gamble coming here

Make sure you repeat your order at least 3 times! Ordered 5 ultimate bacon cheese burgers and came home to jr bacon cheeseburgers. C’mon I repeated my order twice! Poor service.

I hardly take lunch at work but decided to take it today and came to Jack and got a Ultimate Cheeseburger and Curly Fries, and asked for no mayo, no ketchup, and no mustard and I wanted extra Secret Sauce on the burger, and when I got back to work sure enough my Ultimate Cheeseburger was plain no sauce at all. SMH ruined my lunch. If you go here double check your food.

I sat in the car and looked up healthiest items on the menu at jack in the box. Chicken fajita pita and teriyaki bowl came up so that’s what I ordered. I had few other options because I wasn’t in the mood to get out of the car today so to the drive through I went. Line moved pretty fast considering it was lunch hour, and that’s the one positive thing I can say about this place.
I was parked in the drive thru with my shades on, putting on some lip gloss, some dude pops up at my window and scared me to shit. Some guy walking around asking for change, are you serious? I almost stepped on the gas and rear ended the car in front of me -.-«
Anyway, I ordered both «healthier» items. Chicken fajita was as bland and dry as a cardboard. I think it was supposed to come with a side of salsa which I didn’t get. Teriyaki bowl was worse, mushy rice and everything was drenched in teriyaki sauce. It was so salty! This ain’t healthy yo! But I’m the nut who went to Jack looking for healthy food.

I work across the street so I come here often. The workers are pretty friendly and they have lots of seating inside. But often times the tables aren’t clean and there can be some weird people in there. But I guess its your average fast food place.

I stopped by here looking for something more interesting than the cafeteria at the central courthouse. I had never been to a Jack in the box before. There is a fairly interesting selection of food, and the quality is decent. I would place this in the mid-​range of fast-​food chains.
This location was totally packed, and the wait time was fairly long, but with the hour and a half lunch you get as a juror, I had plenty of time to walk here, order, eat and then walk back with time to spare.
Oh, and the curly fries are pretty good.

Meh. I don’t know if it’s regular policy for Jack in the Box, but whenever they have a freebie deal, you have to specifically ask for it. Back when they were giving away coupons for 2 free tacos, I couldn’t just order 2 tacos (along with anything else I wanted) and present the coupon at the window. I had to mention the coupon while ordering. If I didn’t, I had to pay for those tacos.
Recently, they had that free grilled sandwich if you bought a large drink. I ordered a large drink and a grilled sandwich and saw that they didn’t discount the grilled sandwich from my total on the LCD screen. I had to say, «The grilled sandwich is free with large drink right?» The employee said, «Uh… yeah.» Then when I went to pick up the order at the window, the employee «forgot» my drink and I had to ask for it. This place is so shady.
