Good store for patio furniture. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is pretty good. Just be careful to check everything when you pick up or they deliver it; They do high volume and don’t have the best quality so check it yourself. The owner is a very trustable and nice lady.

Unilocal store hours says you’re open and you’re not… and I drive 30 minutes only to find that you are closed and confirm that by getting your voicemail?! No thanks.

Jason was very helpful in working with me to find the exact pieces I needed for my deck. He was also very knowledgeable in the products he sold and why they are the best. To be honest, you cannot find quality like this anywhere else, I looked for months to find the perfect patio set and came back here several times. Worth every penny. I got high top swivel chairs and a beautiful table and it is holding up perfectly against the ocean air and salty breeze.

We had been looking for Patio seating group and walked into KB Patio furniture. They have a huge warehouse with quite a collection of outdoor furniture. All with tagged prices so one does not have to wonder the cost. Mindy was very pleasant and professional to deal with. 2 wks back We bought our set with Sofa, 2 deep coushion lounge chairs and a table and a lazy susan for our other table. Wish we had bought all our furniture from them. Furniture looks beautiful, great quality and rightly priced. They delivered the furniture the next working day. I would recommend this place to my family & friends and will be a repeat customer. Thanks Mindy for your help and working with us with our purchase.

Fantastic! Mindy is great and the store is awesome particularly if you’re looking for that oil rubbed bronze table look. Very good prices. I hunted all day and for months online for a cool fire pit. Was about to make an offer on one elsewhere and found this place on Unilocal.Went in and glad I did! They stayed extra time while I changed cars and were going to assemble for no fee (but it wouldn’t fit in the car that way). Reasonable prices on fire pit glass, fair and honest in their pricing and payments and super nice. 3 selections of cushions — straight forward shop. Same quality as crate and barrel and pottery barn for ½ the cost.

This is a hidden gem for high quality, reasonably priced patio furniture. We particularly appreciate that they carry replacement parts (like we broke an umbrella stand) so we can maintain our furniture without excessive spending. Always friendly and helpful too.

My wife and I have been looking for outdoor bar stools for a year now and haven’t had any luck. Our built in bar has 40″ clearance to the ground so it’s hard to find stool tall enough. The ones we have found are way to expensive. I was ready to purchase some teak ones I found but was nervous about the constant oiling required.
My wife found the perfect stools at Sears but they were so expensive and I hate Sears with a passion and didn’t feel good about supporting that business. My wife hunted around and found KB Patio Furniture thanks to google searching the model name of the stools she found. She left a voice mail on KB Patio’s answering machine since they weren’t open yet. Mindy called back as soon as they opened and said they had the exact stools she was looking for and since we were buying four she’d lower the price. Was pretty much 50% less than the competition. These perfect height stools swivel and had the cushions included. Amazingly enough the gentleman working in the warehouse was able to fit all four into the back of our Rav4, fit with no extra room to spare.
They manufacture their own powder coated cast aluminum outdoor patio furniture, resin wicker furniture, and garden décor which causes their prices to be 50 to 70% lower than the competition. Now when we have gatherings at our house people can hang out at the bar or swivel around to mingle with folks not at the bar!

Wow, this place carries everything and because its a warehouse its all in stock — no waiting and no shipping. Friendly couple that totally loaded our four bar stools! I love this place — prices are 50 to 70% lower then other places we have been to, and we have been looking for a year! What a hidden gem!!! Mindy answered my call quickly and knew exactly what I wanted — I was shocked because I had been looking for these bar stools for a year, when she told me what they cost, I almost fell over at the savings I had just made. I told her that I would be there shortly and off I headed. This place is in a neat area but a little hard to find. You wouldn’t even know it was there without word of mouth. If you are looking for something for your back yard patio, look no further, they had sooo much to look at — their warehouse if fully stocked and they even loaded it all up for us. All the parts were there, no missing pieces and was a breeze to put together. The back yard looks so nice that I am ready to throw another Unilocal party in my back yard. :) I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants to save money!!!
