Mrs. fields cookies always taste fresh! I love how soft the mini cookies are. Can’t go wrong with the regular chocolate chip cookie. If you like peanut butter the peanut butter cookie is also really good.

It was my friends birthday & I wanted to surprise him with a cookie cake. I didn’t have a lot of time. So this was totally last minute. I called this location and told them I needed a cookie cake in 30 minutes. The gentlemen that assisted me was very accommodating. He did everything I asked and accepted the challenge of making the cookie cake in 30 minutes or less. I have never eaten at this location, so I took a leap of faith and proceeded with the services. I got there in 36 minutes and there it was. Beautifully crafted, & Ready for pick-​up! The chocolate chip aroma was overwhelming. I wanted to eat it myself. Lol! Check out was a breeze and my surprise was accomplished. Thank You so Much x

Went to the shop inside Santa Ana Mainplace Mall. The week before Valentine’s and was looking for 5 heart shaped tins with cookies inside as seen on their Website. Firstly, the girl that was there (Sat am) was clueless as to why they didn’t carry the heart shaped tins. Wtf! The week before Valentine’s and they don’t carry that. First strike. Then she was kinda rude and unhelpful. Strike 2. Lastly she said they don’t open till 10am (even though their listing on Google was 9am opening time. Even so it was 955am so it would have been good customer service to have helped me. Strike 3.
Don’t blame the worker. She was probably making minimum wage but big negatives to corporate.

Mrs Fields is located on the 2nd floor of the mall, towards the entrance of the Food Court.
I love grabbing cookies, 4 for $ 5, when they are fresh around 4 pm in the afternoon.
They have brownies, cookie nibblers, decorated cookie cakes and frosted cookies.
Service has always been efficient and kind.
