Terrible and unprofessional. I have been to their Newport Beach offfice a few times. Each time, you will not be seen by a doctor for ab giyr abd a half to two hours. Other than Dr. Rothod, no one there has given any practical advice or been in any way helpful. You wait around for two hours after your appointment time and they shine a flashlight in your eyes and then send you on your way. They had one lady who worked the front office (Racquel) who has now been replaced by someone just as rude and unhelpful as the rest of their staff. Do not waste your time or money here.

Dr. Timothy You is thorough and takes the time to explain in detail of your diagnosis. The wait in the office is usually 5 – 10 min past the appt time and the front desk staff is very courteous. All the technicians were very professional and polite as well.
