My neighbors have been using Lee & Winnie for years, I used his services today(catalytic converter) his price was $ 325CHEAPER than my «usual» mechanic. Lee is a straight shooter and I appreciate that. I have another car to take in!

Have always done an excellent job for me and my family over the years. Quick and honest service. All the mechanics are certified and not your typical Vietnamese backyard mechanics.

Love the service from Pacific Auto Repair. It’s a mom and pop’s auto repair place. When ever I have car problems, I always come by here. They help explain everything to you and will provide a listing of parts you want to use. They’re not like the typical dealerships who will put any random brand on your car, this place will take the time to do the job right. Also, the waiting service to pay, drop off, and pick up the car is not long at all, it’s like a fast pass, zip right in and right out. Also, I love how they’re open early and they’ll get it done as soon as possible without an appointment. HIGHLYRECOMMENDTHISPLACE!

I went in for brakes and an oil change. Turns out I needed new rotors, but the shop owners gave me a list of rotors to choose from(to save some dough) and didn’t just order whatever and force me to live with it. Kudos to that! They will tell you the total labor + parts cost BEFORE they begin ordering and working on your vehicle. I don’t know of any other shops in the area that does that. Service was quick and staff is awesomely friendly here. Mechanics here are ASE certified(I double checked) and all their parts are brought in brand new in the box with all the proper paperwork. I also asked for some quotes today — Brakes + Rotors(2 tires only) — 200 Oil Change — 40(for my car because I had a small leak and they did some clean up for me) Engine swap — 800 The plus side to this shop is that it’s next door to a few other shops(machine shop, tire shop, etc.) and are working in conjuncture with different centers for smog/emissions so you’re always able to get a fantastic deal just from the word of mouth. They are a shop that repairs the problem and not their own repairs. Honesty is a big key in this shop since they’re not trying to rip you off with buying parts, etc. I have one last item to fix on my car, but since it’s not major, staff opted to save me money on this trip and to come back the next time I come for an oil change :) Pacific Auto Repair is not here to screw you over, they’re honest, quick and efficient and are fantastic with communication.
