Philly’s Best

Food speaks for its self. I Don’t write many reviews but I had to for this one. Workers are friendly and food is on point. Went to philly this past year and this restaurant reminded of Philadelphia. Management should be proud of each employee that works and prepares food daily.

Wow this Phillis best sucks. it’s not the food but the Service. Whey want you to tip and they charge for everything even for the Buffalo sauce I’ve been going to philly all my life and never hade such bad service

This is the place to get some good cheese steak. I prefer with Wiz and onions. Their onion rings are good but a bit too heavy for me. I also recommend their Italian sub sandwiches which are authentic and remind me of the east coast. Friendly and nice staff.

Tasty, quick, easy parking, clean place and friendly employees!
I pulled-​up to the shopping center parking lot 10 minutes before 9 looking for something to eat that would not be in the fast food category.
I found saw this place and although hesitant to go in because I saw no customers — I still went in and for that I am so happy.
They were about to close, they had just started cleaning-​up, nevertheless the staff was friendly and eager to satisfy my hunger.
I ordered the Philly’s best with onions. It was perfect! I thought it was huge and there was no way I would be able to eat it all. However, to my surprise I ate it all — it was just that good.
Definitively do recommend this place.

My first time here. I got the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and cheese fries. Sand which was scolding hot! Delicious. I would get it again, but would also like to try some other menu items. Cheese fries were average. Nothing special. Overall a nice meal and something a little different.

Good cheese steak, like their pickled peppers too, nothing fancy (chain), but i once in a while its good eats

I have never had a Philly cheesesteak before so my boyfriend (who happens to be from Philadelphia) suggested this place. He said they are even better than most places in Philly. I was not disappointed! I got the pepper steak, he got a hoagie we split the two and added an order of cheese fries… so good! I will definitely be back!

Best cheesesteak I’ve had in Orange County. I try and frequent all of their locations. Cheesesteak and cheese fries is the best way to go. Always friendly staff and great service.

Philly’s Worst tonight…
We’ve been here before, and always had a good experience, but tonight was a disaster, and it seems this location is having quality/​cleanliness issues.
6 pm on a Friday night … place is filthy — not a single clean table in the store. We found one table that was salvageable, but when the worker wiped it down she brought a sopping wet, dirty rag to wipe the top, then used paper napkins to dry it – no spray, just dirty water. And, she cleaned exactly one table — the one we asked her to – the other tables sat with old food containers, sticky drink rings, trash on the floor, etc. She was not going to exert an ounce of energy other than the absolute minimum effort. Between the two tables there was an alarming amount of food debris, as if they have not been cleaning the edges of the tables in WEEKS — this was not one night’s worth of grime.
So, at least the food is reliably good, right? Not. Our order was wrong, despite the cashier repeating it back to us, and writing it correctly. The Italian sub was terrible — dry, tasteless — I asked for some Italian dressing (they don’t have) and got a little tub of oil/​vinegar, but no way to mix it or put it on my sub (no spoons, no lids to shake it up, etc.). Not even a lackluster, «I’m sorry» for the screw ups. By the time we resolved food issues, the fries were a bit tepid, and the onion rings tasted as if the frying oil hadn’t been changed in a while. They even ran out of ice tea, so no refills.
After eating here many, many times, we’re going to take a break for a while.

I was coming back from work and wanted to eat something tasty. My boyfriend offered me to try Philly‘s Best cheese steak. It was amazing.
First of all, they are serving very fast. We waited just several minutes and my cheese steak was ready.
Secondly, I liked the taste. Nice meat with melted cheese and mushrooms! Mmm, it was so tasty.
I will definitely come back to this place and will buy their cheese steak again!

BEST sandwiches ive ever had! Very clean little place and staff is very friendly. Zara even gave me some Hoagie spread on the side to try when i didnt even ask for it since i was skeptical about trying it. Everythings delicious here!

Just right for my taste! Crews are pleasant to talk to. They always wear a smile. Chicken and cheese is so delish with a lil bit of grilled onions. Got a good deal on cheese steak for $ 5.99. Got everything plus large drink for $ 15.75.
