All I can say about Sally’s eyebrow threading skills is AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING… Ive been going to her for almost 11 years. The thing I love about her is that she works perfectly with the shape of your face to give you the most beautiful eyebrows EVER! There has been times in the past when she’s on vacation that Ive gone to other places and they have messed up my eyebrows baaaad. Never again I just wait till she’s back or ask her schedule for the month. She has a huge following and always busy so go either early or you WILL wait in line.

The place should be remodeled, and decorated better. Granted, it is in a run down part of Santa Ana. Sally threaded my eyebrows. She is friendly, but she DID miss some hairs and I went back in and showed her. She was already working on the next person’s eyebrows, and instead of getting a DIFFERENT pair of tweezers, starts tweezing the stray hairs she missed on me, after only using them on someone else, seconds ago. Big sanitation no-​no. They also charge $ 1 to use your debit or credit card to pay, and compared to other places, they charge more, when the place doesn’t look that impressive. I didn’t go to my «regular» place, because I wasn’t nearby it. Ah well. But some feedback for the owners. :)

I get my eyebrows done here every week to two weeks. When I was unemployed, Sally would do my eyebrows so I would look presentable for my interviews and she didn’t charge me, until I found my job! :-) What a great heart that woman has! Great service, and great talent!

Hands down, this is the perfect place for eyebrow threading! Sally who does the threading is so welcoming and friendly. She threaded my eyebrows and did free upper lips for me. Just shows how nice she is! Definitely need more people like her & I’ll always be a repeat here!
