After looking at several rug galleries in the OC we found Rug Tycoon to have the best selection of quality rugs i’ve ever seen. Great customer service from Charles and his team, they went above and beyond. An example of their customer service is after buying our rug, my wife and I went home and layed down the rug and just was not feeling it.
We went back to Charles and we were worried that he wont be as flexible. Not the case at all, Charles said he want’s to make us happy, that meant a lot to me, so he let us exchange the rug for another with no hassles at all.

I was looking for a place to get my Persian rug washed and I called Rug Tycoon and they were very responsive and helpful. They actually hand wash the rugs and use organic washing fluids to help bring back the natural colors of the rug. That was very important for me. Also I spend some time there and found a rug that I really like. At first the price seemed too high but after talking to the sales man he explained to me the reason for that and it all made sense. He actually ended up giving me a 25% discount.

The people working here are so friendly, knowledgeable & easy to work with. I came in not knowing what I wanted & with no hesitation –they where happy to assist until I knew exactly what I wanted. I looked into other places & not only were they not as friendly, knowledgeable & easy to work with — all their rugs were more expensive & poor quality. Having a toddler in the home I knew we had to get the best of the best & our family truly feels we got it here at Rug Tycoon. Love their selection & we will be back!

My husband and I came here to find a modern looking middle eastern rug but for a reasonable price. We definitely came to the right spot! Wow their selection is GINORMOUS! The staff is so helpful. A gentleman by the name of Nima was so knowledge and helped us narrow down to the perfect one for an amazing price. Since we have a small car they had a delivery option that was so convenient and worked with our schedule. They delivered a perfect living room rug! We’re so happy! Thank you guys!!!

Today I came in with my wife and we had a very specific color tones which was teal and terra cotta. I spoke with Charles and we showed him our samples of our fabric. He immediately pulled from the stack of rugs a rug that went perfectly with the fabric. I would give Charles and his staff 5 stars because they made the process very simple.

We ordered a large custom size oriental rug from Charles for our dining room after sending him some pictures of the room. First one ordered did not come out as we desired. The team readily picked that one up and within the week they had the correct size installed. The team was very professional and helped move some very heavy furniture in order to get it in the right place. Very nice quality and aesthetics with the rug.

Came in here on a Friday night, because I was looking for a new accent rug for my apartment. I had no clue what I wanted, but one of the reps there, Charles, was super helpful. He asked me what type of furniture I had and what color my walls and carpet were so that I could get the perfect rug. I ended up getting a hand made silk rug that was incredibly well priced. The entire process from searching to buying was very easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming here again. Great work guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Husband and I stopped by the store and picked out a carpet. They didn’t have the size we wanted on hand but we were told it was available in the warehouse and they could deliver it the following Saturday. Delivery day came and no carpet, no phone call, nothing. We called late Saturday and they said it isn’t done yet, they are «making it perfect» for us — what a BS line. No matter, they reschedule deliver with us for the following Saturday (today). Delivery shows up with a completely different rug, not even close to the same design, and much cheaper quality. We are on the way to the store to chat. If this situation gets resolved then I will update my review.
Resolution was a refund, apparently they were never able to provide the rug we originally ordered.

I can’t even begin to share my experience with Moe and Charles. There immediacy, service, and years of experience show. I was recently in for only a rug cleaning, after browsing around I was back. I needed a 4×6 rug and was not sure where to begin.
After sharing the color I was looking for, and why I needed it, Moe helped me out tremondously! He is warm, dedicated and knowledgeable. The price was within my budget and they delivered it. I highly recommend Rug Tycoon you are looking for next rug! Thank you Moe and Charles! Great family and team!

I was in the market for an area rug and searched online for a retail store in OC. So I ended up coming across Rug Tycoon. I went to their location and I was greeted by Charles. He was extremely tentative and knowledge about the many rugs they had in the store. They had MANY rugs to choose from, a lot of high end hand made exotic rugs and the less expensive machine made. Charles took his time and eventually showed me what I liked at first site. I ended up purchasing an 8×10 hand made pakistani rug. It looks fantastic in my home! Very glad I went to Rug Tycoon, Staff was great and prices were fair. I would recommend them to anyone searching for something contemporary or traditional (they have all kinds)
