A neighborhood favorite! The best chicken taco dorados in town. The Champurrado is perfect for a cold day or an upset tummy.

Was looking for a tamale place that did Christmas orders and stumbled upon Sariñanas. Liked the variety and reasonable prices ($ 21 for a dozen). Placed a phone order for 1.5 dozen (6 beef, 6 chicken, 6 cheese) to be picked up just before my Christmas party. Got there late, but the tamales still weren’t ready. The cheese took longer to make, so I waited about 10 more minutes, but was pleasantly surprised that they had all be freshly made. As a result, I didn’t even have to steam them before the party.
Served them and they were a hit! Would definitely try again.

Was craving some traditional Christmas food and search close by. Found Sarinanas Tamale Factory and… wow what a great find. Delicious! Ordered Beef and Pork. This will be a go to place from now on. Place is a small little place — my favorite finds on my travel searches.

Found this place on Unilocal looking for sweet tamales for Christmas Eve. Was able to walk in 12⁄23 and ordered 4 sweet tamales, 2 chicken & 2 pork tamales. As got their quart of tamale sauce. Brought them home & warmed them up that day & Christmas Eve. The meat tamales were good. Loved the tamale sauce! Their sweet tamales were out of this world! I have been looking for sweet tamales like this for a long time. They are thick, round tamales. I will definitely come back.
Service at the counter was great. Friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy on the street. Want to try again & sit down & enjoy more food.

Searching for tamales before my 6:00 concert today, came across this place. Friendly staff, clean place, great menu! Ordered a Pork Tamale, Chicken Tamale, 4 Beef Tacos, and an Asada Burrito. Must say, it’s better than most of the Mexican restaurants here by me in Pasadena. Definitely worth going to, I’ll be back!

For an eatery that has been here in Santa Ana for a bizillion years it’s the Best hard shell Tacos I’ve eaten easily hands down!
Every time I go I order no less than 4 tacos and the extra workouts are worth it!

IGNORE THE HATERS! The tamales are incredible. Not too dry– not too wet. Yeah parking is a challenge I tried 4 different kinds I think the pork are the best. The place is VERY clean and that is a big deal for me. The person at the counter was kind and helped me choose. I will go here again. I got two dozen and waited maybe 10 minutes max. Piping hot when I got them home– eating now — nom nom nom.
Price was right.

Good food and great prices. Location is bad but it works. Tried many items from here, tamales are good pork best i think and everything else was solid. Overall good food for the price and i keep coming back for more. Cant go wrong with anything here?

First time coming here and the service was beyond great! We called ahead for a large order (36 tamales) they were very quick and our tamales were fresh and hot. Can’t wait to order some for the Holidays.

This company will start losing business with her attitude I know prices are going up but quality of service going Down

Horrible service, all the employees looked like they hated working there. Never got a smile out of anyone. I tried the beef and chicken tamales and I was not at all impressed. Horrible parking, no a/​c it was terribly hot in there.

Parking is terrible… If u can, park on the street as it would be easier for u to get out…
The beef tacos ($ 2.00) is really good! The pork tamale ($ 1.75) is yummy… The chicken tamale ($ 1.75) is a bit on the dry side. (And no… I did not eat everything! Lol…)
I would recommend eating here.

I grew up not far from here, and my family used to here quite often.
I haven’t lived in Santa Ana in over 25 years but when I visit I try to always stop by Sarinan’s.
The food here is excellent. It’s the most authentic Mexican food around.

AOK Tamales and Good Tacos
I drove a bit out of my way to sooth a tamale craving. The shop shares a driveway with a residential track but parking was still easy enough. The inside is small and quaint. The person behind the register was not very friendly but patrons in the shop were. The patrons were very friendly and we had some good conversations.
Tamales-2.5 Stars
I took two of each type and there were four types available. They were all pretty much the same so I won’t go into too much detail. For me, they were dry and lacking flavor. The sweet tamale was my least favorite.
Crunchy Tacos-3.5 Stars
Like other reviews say, these are good. I am glad I read the previous reviews and got one of these. I ate it on the road.
Overall, the trip was not worth the food we got. It was a bit of a drive for a taco and the tamales just weren’t too my liking.
AOK.just my opinion.

Pro: Came here for several dozen pork tamales. They’re very good — probably on par with the ones you’d find in L.A.
Con: The parking is atrocious; there are two, maybe three spots to park. It’s also in a very industrial-​looking neighborhood, so not the most aesthetically pleasing or safe area.
