My family and I really enjoy coming to the soccer store! This store is really clean and organized which makes it really easy to find what we are looking for! There is always someone who makes me feel welcomed as we walk in to the store! There is someone willing to help us out when we need them to but don’t follow us around when we don’t!
Octavio, who is the person in charge, is really easy to talk to, he makes me feel like my business is appreciated! He is always kind and friendly towards me and my kids!!! My kids love coming to this soccer store! Octavio offers great customer service to us all!
I always feel welcomed and always look forward to shopping at this soccer store again!!! I have always had a great experience shopping at the soccer store which keeps me coming back for more!!! The guy there is extremely rude, always seems angry. Last time I went in I mentioned to him that I was looking for a jersey around town in different stores and I couldn’t find it, he said «what? I’m your second choice? I’m upset you are telling me I’m not your first choice.» I was quite shock at his reaction, I left the store and instead went to Sports Page warehouse where I was treated as a client where I spent $ 450

If I could give this place zero stars I would because of the way I was treated coming here on Labor Day. I walked in and after several minutes asked to try on some cleats. The first thing that comes out the guys mouth is a sarcastic ass comment such as «I can bring out my whole inventory you just have to promise me you’re going buy them.» I didn’t take this lightly as a small business owner myself because it’s certainly not the type of vibe you would want to set off for a potential customer. I don’t care if you and your co worker were having a «lunch break» while I walked in. Every customer is different and random sarcasm definitely isn’t the way to make me return here. I ended up finding the cleats much cheaper on soccer
anyways. I hope they get better personal and not some wannabe soccer head running the place.

Today June 23, we stopped at the store to buy soccer jerseys and the guy who runs the place in there has a rude way of greating the. My wife had ask him for a discount if we bought several shirts and he express himself as if we were stealing from him or ripping him off. Just the fact on how his face reaction came out made us feel this way. I honestly believe that if you dont have the patient to deal with people, you are in the wrong business. Saddess part is that abou 2yrs ago we had purchased some jerseys from this store. But oh well, his loss now. I found better prices at
