At least this Sweet Factory doesn’t overcharge as much as the one at the Shops at Mission Viejo does? Seriously — someone from corporate needs to come in and audit all their scales, but at least it’s not as bad here. Cashiers have been all right(moderately friendly), especially with it being a pretty busy location.

Too expensive, I understand chocolate covered raisins cost more so I didn’t have a problem with that but the same price for gummy Bears? I told her that I wanted to return them and she didn’t let me. The Indian lady at the cashier didn’t let me leave the store. She was very rude. Don’t buy here! Customer service is horrible!

Like other reviews, I too had not seen a SF in ages, so I was pulled inside to buy a bunch of candy to sneak into a baseball game. I ended up spending $ 15 on 3 children’s sized handfulls of candy, one of which was wrapped candy(so I ended up spending money on throw away paper). What a ripoff. I’m going to buy candy at CVS, Costco, Albertsons. basically anywhere is cheaper.

I have not seen a Sweet Factory in ages so I was definitely excited to get some candy. I am super addicted to gummies, especially the sour gummi bears and gummi worms. All I can say is this place is totally overpriced. I got a small bag of candy and it cost almost $ 8! Insane. Too much. I would rather just get some stuff at CVS or Walgreens!

If I need candy ASAP& I’m already at the mall, then of course I’ll get some candy here, but it’s seriously more expensive then the similar candy store at The Block… now known as The Outlets at Orange.

Buy your candy elsewhere because it costs an arm and a leg to buy from this location. I had to buy bulk candy and the owner totally ripped me off and refused to listen to me when I called to ask if she could price adjust. Even with a 10% discount from the owner, the prices online including shipping were ¼ the total I paid.

My kids love the gigantic jawbreaker at Sweet Factory and of course the millions of other«help yourself» candies sold in plastic bins. The price has been the same for a long time $ 2.79/quarter pound, mind you, that’s 4 oz. Every time I look at the bags my kids hold in their hands, I wonder if I was overcharged. Two big handfuls of candies will run you about $ 20. More if you picked chocolates, which are heavier than the sweet and sour varieties my kids usually choose. The candies are fresher and softer than the bagged ones sold at markets, and you can get samples, just ask. They also have a powder candy dispenser that you can fill up in a tube. It is about half the price as the same one in Disneyland. Half star off for the expensive price, another one and a half off for the owner’s never-changing unfriendly service despite me dropping a good $ 20 to $ 30 each time we visit.
