Taco Bell

I’ve had consistently good service here. But tonight I came by and had my order taken by some lady who kind of tried to get my order done which is understandable because it was like 12 am. But when I was paying a kid named Bryce helped me. This kid was awesome, great service, good conversations, an all around good kid. I see a good future in this one.

This is my go to taco bell. I have always enjoyed going to this taco bell and I have been eating here for the past six years. I loved this place, until tonight that is. I was craving something as cheesy as my boyfriend so I decided to go to taco bell for a quesalupa. I tried them here when they first came out and it was incredibly cheesy, filled to the brim with taco innards and always satisfying. So my boyfriend and I go to this taco bell and order through the drive through. Ten minutes after having pulled up to the window we finally got our order. Who cares if we wait because that quesaluoa needs to be fried anyways so that means that it will be fresh. When we were at home I found that tonight’s quesalupa was horribly dissatisfying. There was very little taco innards and no cheese in between the deep fried shell. And when I say no cheese I am being quite literal. I don’t know what they used to glue the two haves that make up the quesalupa shell together but it was not the promised cheese. I am very dissatisfied as my quesalupa’s lack of cheese appears to be a concious decision on the makers part. I am very disappointed in this taco bell and I don’t think that I will be eating here any time soon.

Contaminated, poisoned meat. Severe food poisoning AKA UNCONTROLLABLE VOMITING, HOT SWEATS, COLD FLASHES, SEVERE HEADACHE, FATIGUE, LOSS OF LIMB FUNCTION, IRREGULAR BREATHING AND HEARTBEAT from the Cantina Bowl with steak. Will be filing complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs as well as making calls to the FDA for negligent food practices.
My sister is the victim and she is still trying to get her health back up and it’s the second day of this poisoning. She visited this establishment on 02÷19÷16 at around 9:30pm.

While I generally have good customer service, on multiple occasions I have had issues at this location. A couple weeks ago, I pulled into their drive through to try to get some breakfast. Their systems weren’t working or something, so I had to leave. Today I went back to try again, their drive through menu doesn’t clearly show their breakfast options. I asked the guy what kind of burritos they had and what was in them, and he was very nice and told me, but I would have liked to been able to see them myself so as not to waste his time, or mine. Anyway, I went with a burrito that comes with pico de gallo on it, and I asked them not to put it on there. (I can’t eat onions, so this wasn’t an option for me) He said ok, and marked it on my order. I got to work and took a bite of my burrito and it is FILLED with pico de gallo. I opened the burrito to see if I could possibly scoop the pico out, it was all throughout the burrito. Not too happy, I cant go back to get it fixed, so now I’m out of luck with my breakfast, as well as out of that money. On top of all of this, I was the only person in the drive through, and it still took forever to get my food. This has been the case every time I go there. They are really slow.

Been here a few times during the late hours the past few months and I have to admit, their customer service has been very friendly and helpful every time. The quality of the food is what you would expect at most Taco Bells. The good service actually makes me want to visit again.

This place was so perfect I HAD to write a review for them!!! My younger brother wanted a snack and we came 10 minutes before closing (1am). While I was driving I kept thinking to myself «this is terrible… The food is most likely not going to be good because they’re almost closing & the employees are going to be pissed at us.» but I was dead wrong. I came and received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE… Wtf I’ve never had great service at any fast food restaurants… like ever… He was a young male working a late night shift 5 – 10 minutes before closing, yet he still had a smile on his face. I was honestly so shocked. he even gave me a discount for my order??? On top of all that, the food tasted good??? The tacos were surprisingly crunchy… not stale or anything because it was the end of the night. Anyway this place overwhelmed me in a very good way. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ wowzaaaa is this even real???

I love this taco bell. This is my usual taco bell and I eat here on a weekly basis. The fact that they also sell breadsticks are a huge plus. Always friendly staff and drive-​through times are usually really quick. I can actually understand the person in the drive through window too.

This review is just for the customer service! It is always exceptional! Especially the guy who normally works nights at the window. He’s super nice!

Nothing against this taco bell vs. other ones except it may be a bit more «dirty», but I think I just prefer Del taco’s atmosphere better. Plus the food seems more fresh, better tasting, and maybe better for you at Del Taco. The last one I cant say for sure though.

I came to to write about how nice it was that the employees remembered my name and how I’ve never had a problem here of any kind. Then I read some of the reviews for them. A lot of these reviews seem to come from spoiled rotten people. To much cheese and sour cream? Sounds to me like you got lucky. I wish that I got more sour cream and cheese on my orders. And the «watered down» sour cream is just the way that the sour cream is made for most fast food restaurants. They don’t buy the sour cream at the store like you or I would it comes prepackaged from the company! You will get the same sour cream if you go to wendys. Oh my god what a shock! You mean to tell me that the middle aged people working at taco bell don’t love their job? I never once thought that maybe they imagined themselves being better off in life than working at a taco bell. I mean isn’t that the American dream? If you’re going to eat at a fast food restaurant than don’t expect five star quality. And don’t expect the people working there to treat you like you’re something special. They don’t have to smile at you. You don’t know what struggles these people are going through and you shouldn’t be so harsh on them. I appreciate that these people don’t fake smile at me. They treat me like a human being and they are polite about it. It’s a shame that there aren’t enough people who realize this.

Great service. Nice employees.
And now, they serve BREAKFAST! Because it’s never too early for diarrhea.

So. Another night of wasted money and sodium overload. Long day at work, long night of homework was going to follow.
Picked up the little cousin, craved Taco Bell. Ordered nachos bel grande and a couple of crunchy taco supremes. Last time I ever do that! The taco was drenched in watered down sour cream!!! All I wanted was a tiny amount for moisture. Nachos sucked, the chips were not super fresh.
.$ 17 bucks later for the two of us, and it was a bunch of cheese for dinner… So much for that craving.

The first time i ordered grilled chicken taco and they got me shredded chicken taco. My second time there I ordered grilled chicken taco and they gave me chicken burrito. My little sister likes the freezes here if not I would never ever come back to this place!

Number 6 steak with a Doritos taco. Friendly service and quick. Plus it’s right across from where I live so it makes it even more convenient.

One of the better locations I’ve been to. Splendid customer service. Food was great to fulfill the cravings. Mmmmmmm. Puts spending more for food at other places to shame.

Typical Taco Bell food. Had to wait in a parking space for my food from drive through, but at least they did remember condiments and napkins.

I ordered the Beefy Melt Burrito for $ .99.
The Cheese, Sour Cream, Rice and Beef go so well together.
This Drive Thru packs a lot of toppings into 99 Cents.

Horrible customer service. Everytime I go here, the coworkers are less than enthusiastic. They’re in a hurry to get rid of you.
I get the feeling they all hate their jobs.
Even when they say «Have a nice day,» it’s monotone & they immediately walk away like they’re annoyed of you no matter how nice you are to them.
