This place is a joke. Typical ghetto shop that takes advantage of people who buy things here. My son saved up money and bought a watch that was over 300.00 and the watch stopped working after 2 months. The«manager» said there’s nothing they can do and called to talked to a substandard employee and basically said that it’s our problem and I can do whatever I want when it came to complaining, they didn’t care. I would never buy from a dump like this that doesn’t even have a half way decent return policy. Embarrassing for a business to have zero customer service. NEVERBUYFROMHEREAGAIN!!!

I bought a watch less than a month ago: Feb 12th. Today is March 7th. In spite of the fact I reset my watch yesterday. My watch is off by two hours. I took it back. They refused to give me a new battery. They said the factory is responsible for the battery. So I paid for a new battery.

Do not shop here. It’s a shame, Frank is a good guy and really helps out but Marina is a crook. Turned a watch in for a manufacturers warrantee with frank, was told by him I would only be charged $ 40 s&h. When the watch came in, marina took control of the situation and tried saying I had to pay $ 125 for a watch that was half the value of the one I sent in for a warrantee. Do not deal with her or shop with her. If you must go in only ask for Frank. If she is there hold your wallet and run.

I found a nicer watch at Nordstrom but was unable to return the watch I bought here. Bummer. If you buy a gift make sure to let the person know they only have 10 days to return it.

Worst Customer Service! My girlfriend bought a watch for an anniversary and got it sized at a sears. The guy at sears told me that the watch was defective one of the first links was really loose and could come off. He advised me to take the watch back to the store I bought it at. When I took it back to this place they said that whoever sized it broke the watch. The part that was supposedly broken by the sears guy was not even touched.(I was watching while he did the work) The manager said they would send it out to nixon for a replacement. Over a month and a half later still no watch and they didn’t even ship it out to nixon until over two weeks later. I asked for my money back they don’t want to give me a refund because they said that I had broken the watch. My girlfriend bought the watch on November 10th and I got it as a gift the 11th. I took the watch to get sized the 12th and they still have the nerve to say that I had broken the watch when I had never worn it and when the guy that worked on it did not touch the piece that was broken.(I took the watch back the 12th) I kept calling back to speak to the manager kept getting some lady answer the phone saying she would have him call me back. He would never call back though. She kept arguing with me over the phone when she had never seen what was wrong with the watch. This is just a warning I would encourage people to stay away from this place. Nordstrom has the watches at the same price and their customer service is excellent. Wish my girlfriend would have bought the watch there. Btw, the watch wasn’t broken just one of the first links that connects to the watch itself had a link that was loose and that you could pull apart due to the adhesive in the link drying up and becoming brittle.
