Smoothies are always good. Service is usually good, but every so often they have someone taking smoothie orders who should perhaps be making smoothies instead as they are not as cheerful, helpful or pleasant as the normal staff.

One of the best spots in Santa Barbara! I love Blenders so much! They have a great variety of smoothies(my fav is the peanut butter with chia seeds) at affordable prices. The vibe is similar to Jamba Juice but the smoothies taste way better! Feeling fruity? Check this one out: Red Mango(fresh orange juice, raspberry juice, strawberries, non-fat fro yo, and raspberry sherbet) Chocolate/pb fan? Try this one: Peanut Butter(non-fat milk, peanut butter, banana, ice milk, optional chocolate) If only they would bring this place to SF!

As a local SBCC college student, I come to Blenders quite often, I’d say about once every other day. No matter the rush of people, this smoothie shop always performs at its best providing top quality service and refreshing drinks. I recommend for everyone to stop by.

The last 5 or so times I’ve been to this particular blenders(over the course of 3 months) the smoothies have not been blended enough. So you get big chunks of frozEn fruit or protein bits. On two separate occasions my boyfriend and I got pieces of wax in ours(or something that had a waxy finish). Not sure what it was but totally grossed me out. I will not be going to this blenders ever again. Too frustrated. Have never had problems with other locations.

My youth group and I, about 20 something of us, came here for breakfast. And despite the large numbers of orders they had to fill, they gave us all what we needed in a short amount of time. It costs just as much as a medium size Jamba Juice for a large here, and they’re healthier too!

I’ve been twice, and both times the smoothies tasted overwhelmingly of sherbet. Just really sweet and cloying. They have a make your own option, but I would prefer to have some built in menu items that I like. I’m gonna give it one last shot. I miss Jamba Juice :( By the way, the name of this chain is maddening to me. «Blenders In the Grass»? Is this some smoothie based take off of Walt Whitman? Did they start the business in a field with a bunch of blenders? Where did they plug in the blenders? Were they battery powered? Solar powered? Ok, wheatgrass… fine…whatever…Just call it Smoothies & Wheatgrass or some shit.

Always an awesome place to come. I usually come once every day or so. I always get the Acai bowl which is delicious the only thing is the strawberries are ALWAYS so frozen you can’t even bite into them so I get it without them.

They are consistent, even if their staff change every time I’m in. I have almost never seen the same faces twice. But they make formulaic drinks which provide a tasty and nutritious treat.

Oh yea! I used to host a ultimate frisbee group every wednesday in the park near this shop and after every match we would hit up Blenders to regain our energy and cool off from hard charging on the ultimate field! Great prices, good variety of flavors and enhancements. Bee pollen for the win!

Oh man, I am so bummed they don’t have a blenders in SoCal!!! I have to say, I was a bit intimidated when I first walked in because their menu can be confusing with so many different options, add ins and super add ins! But after thoroughly doing a read through, I ordered The Cranberry with spirulina and it was SO good. Way better and healthier than anything I’ve ever had at Jamba Juice, thats for sure. My friend got the Blue Apple, also quite tasty, but I highly recommend the cranberry, especially if you love blueberries. Fingers crossed they bring this chain down south!

love love love Blenders!!! This is a cute little one on the Mesa — and I love everything on the mesa! Wheatgrass shots are cool — tastes like — well — freshly cut grass :) You will burp grass for half an hour — but hey — for 1 pound of vegtables I am good burping!

Not a lot of veggie juice options. But the wheatgrass shot is great and super affordable. They also have good protein bar options.

I’ve lived all over Southern California and tried most of the big smoothie chains: Jamba Juice, Robeks, etc. Blenders beats them all! Nothing beats a well blended fresh fruit and yogurt smoothie that isn’t overly chunky, icy, or watery. Favorites at Blenders include the Red Mango and the 50⁄50.

Yuck. I took my husband and son here because of the reviews. I didn’t find anything special about this place, what a waste of $ 13 dollars. We had 3 different smoothies and we threw away 2. Oh and the guy behind the register was not friendly at all. Skip it!

I came to Santa Barbara looking for a Jamba Juice, but unfortunately I couldn’t find one, but my cousin told me about Blenders and he said it’s the same exact thign almost. So I came here taking his advice and I got the Matcha Green Tea drink, it was really good and really chunky… I love that. The downfall of this place is the workers didnt even ask if I wanted a small medium or large they just assumed I wanted a medium with no nutrition boosts, when I really wanted a small with an energy boost. I can’t believe he didn’t even ask me, but wahtever it was good… I would come back, but next time I gotta tell him what I want…
