Great idea… bowls and you choose the ingredients to go in it. I loved the chicken, rice, beans and toppings. Two types of rice and beans to copse from — not overwhelming where people ponder over too many options but none the less there are basic options. Did not have tomatoes but had pico which I’m not a fan. Clean with patio seating and friendly service.

I have never had a problem with this restaurant. It’s s a great place to grab some yummy Mexican food. The prices are reasonable, the location is great, and the ambiance is relaxing. I recommend all to stop on by.

Was pretty surprised by the service I received from this chipotle. I was waiting for the worker to ask me my order for a good 5 minutes when I was next in line because the one on the register was on the phone, and the other worker didn’t feel the need to take my order and left me waiting. The portion is small compared to other chipotle’s but the taste is generally the same.

Ok… my last visit was way back in 2012 and I wasn’t impressed.
The coupon I received in the mail offering a free burrito lured me back.
I’m still not impressed. I even got the hot salsa and still no flavor here.
I guess I’ll wait for their next crisis to return.

This is my home location and this was the first location I tried out Chipotle. I really loved the way the rice used to be prepared with that lemon zest taste and the chips have become less light and crispy but I still like them both. The staff is very friendly and great at making my burrito just right each time. I love their kids options much better now and so does my lil one. This will continue to be on my week in and week out list of places to eat downtown for a quick bite.

Been here three times and enjoyed every experience. The line always seems to be managed well, the food counter is always kept clean (there aren’t food scraps in bowls where they don’t belong) and the staff is friendly and accommodating. This location is very much unlike most in LA county where I reside.

Location, Location, Location! When I do Mexican fast food I don’t do Taco Bell or Del Taco, I do Chipotle and for my SB friends and I, this is the mother ship. Service is great, food is like any other Chipotle (fresh, yummy) but the outdoor area, just like 4 or 5 tables with plastic chairs, doesn’t sound too sexy right? Wrong! The view is priceless! You’re going to spend like 8 or 9 bucks to get endless viewing pleasure! Interesting people, beautiful women, you name it. Over the years I have met several girls and got several numbers while sitting here, you make the call! Shout out to Warren F, Levi M. — Always the wing men at my Chipotle experience!

It’s time to update my previous review from 3 to 5 stars. When I first started going to Chipotle I didn’t quite «understand» what Chipotle was. Yes it’s quick and fast-​food like BUT it’s so much more.
Quality of ingredients and ethics surrounding the meat industry are huge to me. Chipotle puts much thought and effort into getting much of their produce from local sources. They’re fast and you can customize to your dietary needs. Did I mention they’re super friendly?! Great place to go if you need something filling and affordable.

Decent Chipotle. They know how to wrap a burrito! The energy is nice too because they greet people as they enter… at least during the lunch hour. Later in the day it’s kind of busy.
I would recommend coming here over La Cumbre if possible. La Cumbre location has some issues but see the Unilocal page.

Crappy service. They guy up front was working sooo slow. I was only third in line and it took me 15 minutes to get through my order and pay. I honestly thought it was the whole staffs first day or something. They weren’t friendly or energetic.

Not the best location as far as accessibility and consistence but leaps better than any other Santa Barbara location. I just wish that said something positive. All ventura locations taste immensely better.
Edit– chicken was RAW. not even cooked. Almost feed it to my toddler. After a nasty food poisoning incident at the other SB location I doubt ill return to this one either.
