I tried ordering online to be delivered to a house my daughter was staying at because they literally only had tortillas and sink water, but the online ordering system kept changing my order to carry out only, so I called in. When I called in, the first guy I spoke to seemed like he was knew because he didn’t know anything I asked and kept having to ask the person next to him(shoot, let me talk to that person instead) After placing my order of the $ 5.99 deal of 2 items for $ 5.99 each from a list of items, a medium pizza, hot wings, and a 2 liter of soda, I was asked for my credit card number. When he got to the expiration date I must have given it to him 10 times, saying it different ways(jan, 2018/01, 2018 etc) he didn’t understand me at all and put someone else on the phone to finish up my order, but before he did, he gave me a total of $ 12 something, which couldn’t be right for what I ordered. So when the next guy who got on the phone finally got my card information correctly I asked him my total and told him what I ordered. He then said my new total was $ 16 and change for the delivery. I repeated myself twice saying«ok so it’s a medium pizza, hot wings, and a 2 liter of soda for $ 16?» And he said yes. I asked if they wanted my daughter’s number because I’m not at that location, just in case they got lost and they said no… Guess what, they got lost and called me anyways… So the order is finally delivered, and I get a call from my daughter saying they didn’t charge for my soda. I asked her to look on the receipt and sure enough, the soda wasn’t added and the extra $ 4 was tax and delivery charge. I don’t mind paying what I’m supposed to pay, I just want what I ordered, so I called the store to let them know my frustrations. I spoke to Suzie who was very polite and offered to send the driver back with a free 2 liter for my trouble… I’ve always said, it’s not always about a bad experience, sometimes it’s the way a mistake is handled that will earn you more stars. Thanks Suzie

After ordering for years at our home in SB we are discontinuing any type of Dominos orders. Ordered large order($ 60) and pizza was horrible, pizza undercooked and forgot toppings on pizza. Called and asked for Mngr, he said he was the Mngr I asked him what his name was and he told me he was not able to disclose his name. After I asked him why, «he said do you want something or are you done complaining about our pizzas.» After this he told me they were busy and hung up. I hope as a small business owner here in Santa Barbara the owner sees this and inquires with his Mngr why he needs to treat people so rude. Will not order again. Back to Rusty’s…

Ive ordered from several dominos in the area, some good some bad. My trip here on my way home from work did the job. I ordered a pick up, a small pinapple and mushroom pizza with gluten crust for a evening snack. It was nice and flaky with a little crisp and hot! just the way I like it. I mean its pinapple and mushrooms, whats not to love! The staff here was freindly and serivce was good. Reason for four star is there always room for improvement but I will deff return here for some more pizza next time when i take a quick lunch since it down the street from my job. Tip: Ive always found it better to call ahead of time when I order from any resturant in santa barbara. Traffic can be crazy sometimes and I rather not wait on a driver to bring me my food. Ive always had bad luck with many restruant that delivers in the area during dinner time but I think ill give them a try when I get stuck at the office on a late night next time.

Tried the online carryout deal, got to the place and it was«closed» to carryout orders. Anyway, hopefully when you get your pizza, you’re feeling pretty parched, because it could just be drenched in tomato sauce. Like, slathered with reckless abandon. Like I finished eating and may now be turning into a tomato.(*)

Took over 1 ½ hrs to get one pizza. I was originally told that it would take 30 – 45 min.

Speed: 5, Quality: Not cooked all the way We love when our pizzas are delivered fast, but not at the expense that they aren’t cooked all the way. This is the third time this has happened and we will be eating it anyway, but get it together please.

Just desperate enough to have someone else make dinner for me. Although the reviews are mixed, I am taking my chances. I love the online ordering. I hope I love the pizza. Entertaining enough for a long and tired day, so there’s that.

Terrible late night management. The door was locked well before closing hours, I knocked and was told by the self-proclaimed manager«Sorry, closed.» Me, pointing at sign on door: «It says here that your hours are until 12:00.» Manager: «You can call your order in if you want.» And he walks away. Finally I did call my order in WHILEINFRONTOFTHESHOP and in direct eye-contact with the staff taking the order as I spoke.(The«manager» had disappeared.) The staff informed me that they could only deliver it to my location; I couldn’t wait for it for take out.(She was polite.) Delivery took excessively long. I saw zero care about/understanding of customer experience. nor of pride in the brand or the offering. Although the seemingly junior staff member who took my order was polite and seemed slightly understanding of the situation, I can only muster one star. And pizza was far too salty.

I ordered online using that cool little tracker thing. The pizza arrived fast, hot, and delicious. What more can I ask from a pizza place?

2 stars… barely(and that’s on a good day!). Seriously, who looks up on Unilocal for reviews of Domino’s? That’s like looking up McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, etc. etc. It’s Domino’s, for God’s sake, you know what you’re getting from the get go. They’re all the same… mediocre!

Ok — if you are expecting anything more than mediocre from dominos, you already have your hopes set too high. 80 minutes to get 1 pizza, 1 cheesy bread, 1 set of chicken wings. Pizza was COLD. If it weren’t for the fact it was a custom pizza, I would have guessed it was pre-made frozen that didn’t get enough time in the oven. The cheesy bread had unmelted cheese in the center and the cheese outside was burnt. The bacon was raw — which I actually think is a health code violation. Again, we weren’t expecting top chef cuisine… but when a place who’s job is to melt cheese onto bread can’t actually melt the cheese or cook the bread, our low expectations were dashed.

Pull your heads out of your asses. I never had a problem with Domino’s until I moved to this city. Now, after one experience with this store, I am forever taking my business elsewhere. To everyone reading this review, try Pizza Mizza. It’s more expensive but the pizza is worth it – and the customer service is also worth it.

Besides the fact that it IS Domino’s…the Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bowl was off the hook. mmmmm Right across from my job I couldn’t resist at lunch time. Under $ 7 and I was too full to finish!
