Santa Barbara Lampshades

The sales people were very helpful assuring me that I could return the shades, (2) if they did not fit. I was disappointed to receive only a store credit when I did return the shades and couldn’t find anything in my price range that worked. I assumed a return was a refund, but wasn’t told that. I was looking for two simple shades for a guest room, most shades were upwards of $ 100 each, not what I needed.

Very happy with repair work and prices! I’ve taken multiple items here and always been satisfied with the work.

Buyer be very aware on special order. I was quite specific about needing the exact shape that I brought in for replacement. When it arrived, it was not the case. Mgr. simply said nothing could be done and apparently did not understand, the fault was on her for ordering incorrectly. During 2 subsequent conversations, it felt dishonest and for lack of a better word, snarky, so I am taking the time to write.

This place has some amazing things. They repair your lamps. They can repair your shades or replace them. They have special brushes to clean your shades. They will explain how to take care of them. There are all kinds of fun things you will find in there. Trust me, this place is adorable. The owner is amazing with fixing lamps and repairing the bases. Even if you aren’t sure what you are looking for. There are books to look through if you need help choosing something for a room. The owner has been in business for years. I don’t know how long, maybe 20 years or more. She knows what she is doing so check it out. You won’t be disappointed. Choosing a lamp may sound weird to some people, but it can make a difference in any room. It’s what ties everything together in a room.
