The Santa Barbara Company

Stopped in while in town to pick up a few gifts for friends back home of items from Santa Barbara. Loved everything in this store! They had some great coasters and trivets from a local artist, soaps, artwork, snacks, etc. Just a great place if you want something that doesn’t look gimicky that represents Santa Barbra. The lady helping was also a delightful gem as well. Will definitely return next time I visit SB!

I’m super late to review– we bought our company gifts from here last Christmas and they were all amazing! I would definitely recommend Santa Barbara Company for personalized and unique gifts for any occasion! All of their items are great! The owners are so nice and always a pleasure to work with. Love this store.

I would absolutely recommend The Santa Barbara Company. I made and online order from Orange County, contacted the owner by phone just to confirm the order details, and everything worked perfectly. The gift was a major hit. I heard from my gift recipient that the bloody mary mix was «the best I’ve ever had, honestly». There was an event in town that limited access to the house I had the gift delivered too, and the owner felt bad that it wasn’t at the house exactly when she said she would try to drop it off (although this wasn’t an issue at all), and she still threw in an extra treat as an apology. Totally unnecessary, but it gave me even greater respect for their custom service. If you’re looking for nice gifts to build a gift basket, definitely shop here!

Recently purchased items on line from this store. Free shipping not removed from charge so emailed store. Got very quick response and problem corrected. Received products within 3 days which surprised me. Over all I would buy again from this store as service was great! What I liked about it is that just one email to resolve and items shipped immediately to me. Ordered Sunday and received Wednesday. Impressive.
