We are SO happy that we had Jen to do our wedding flowers. She is incredibly nice and so easy to work with! Planning and sticking to our budget was a breeze with her! She was great the day of our wedding yesterday, she delivered everything perfectly to our hotel and was even able to repurpose our ceremony flowers into our reception room! All of the flowers were absolutely perfectly and exactly what I wanted! We really couldn’t recommended her enough. You won’t be sorry going with this vendor for any floral needs! Jen was beyond amazing! She created the bouquet of my dreams, the whole process was super easy and the price was hard to beat. The day of my wedding she was available for quick easy pick up and even helped put flowers in my hair! The best!

Jen was fantastic to work with! I had a small civil ceremony at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, so was really only looking for a simple, but beautiful, bouquet. And I wasn’t local, so most of the «consulting» happened via email. I sent her a few photos of what I was looking for, and the types of flowers I was interested in, and Jen did the rest. She secured gorgeous, fresh flowers (which I was a bit concerned about given we were having the ceremony during the holidays, a few days after Christmas), and made the perfect bouquet! Easy to work with, great attitude, and super talented! Thank you, Jen!

Jen, the owner of Twisted Twig, was our florist for out October 24, 2015 wedding at the Santa Barbara Natural History Museum. Our vibe was rustic/​organic/​bohemian.
Jen was a joy to work with. It was easy and relaxed, with us meeting up for drinks to discuss what types of flowers we wanted. Since I know nothing about flowers, Jen came prepared with a binder full of work, asking me to point of what type of style we liked.
From there, it was smooth sailing. We exchanged a few pinterest photos, checked in regarding table numbers, boutonnieres needed etc.
Fast forward to day of. my jaw literally drops when I see how beautiful the flowers are. They are GORGEOUS. To say the least, I wore my flower crown two days straight. I never wanted to take it off.
Endless thanks to Jen for doing a stellar job. She nailed the look we were going for while staying within our budget. Can’t recommend enough!

After our first meeting with Jen, my husband and I were sold. Sure, we liked photos of her work, but most important to us was that anyone we hired for the wedding was someone we’d actually WANT present on our big day. We found that in Jen, and with every email she and I exchanged my husband and I were more and more confident that we’d made a good choice.
I’m definitely on the lower end of the ‘low-​maintenance bride’ scale, which I’m sure presented unusual challenges for Jen (instead of telling her exactly what I wanted /​envisioned, I basically said, ‘I dunno … just don’t make it ugly’). Our planning process was this: Jen compiled a list of flowers she thought would fit our theme, I told her which ones I didn’t like, Jen did the rest. Aside from loosely instructing her on where we’d like flowers placed, everything was left in Jen’s capable hands. Because we liked her so much as a person, we felt comfortable trusting her to do a great job.
I’m not really sure what I envisioned for the flowers at our wedding, but I can tell you that my vision didn’t even measure up to what Jen created. We expected her to do a great job, but the job she did far exceeded all expectations. Jen single-​handedly turned a somewhat gloomy outdoor area in to a gorgeous and intimate wedding venue, for a fair price.
I truly cannot recommend Twisted Twig more highly. Jen’s a stellar human being and an absolute badass in floral design. She’s an invaluable asset I cannot imagine planning an event without. We’ll be in touch for the anniversary party!

jen is awesome! my husband and i had a small wedding and she made my bouquet and husband’s boutonnière for us. every other florist i called had a minimum and only did large weddings. come on now, we’re people too! here comes jen to the rescue. i think i was fairly easy to work with. i told her i wanted white with a rustic feel. she presented me with pictures, i chose and also let her decide on what she thought was best and boy did she not disappoint! she was very accommodating and dropped the flowers off at the salon where i was having my hair and make up done. twisted twig is as good as it gets!

I was a guest at a wedding where everyone was talking about the flowers. A couple of us were asking around, and we found out that it had all been done by Twisted Twig. We got to chat with the owner (as she was there getting things in place for the reception), who is a positive and lovely person. I will definitely be supporting this small business owner so I can have amazingly beautiful flowers at my future events!

I shopped around a lot to find a florist for my wedding as I wanted something that matched both my vision and my budget. I picked Jen because she was so open to working with me to stay in my budget unlike some other florists I contacted and I knew she understood the look I was going for. I had a pretty small budget but Jen was so nice and made me feel like it wasn’t that big of a deal. Some other florists completely shut me down when I told them my budget. I sent her over a few pictures and she completely understood what I was going for. I was only able to meet her for a few minutes on my wedding day since I was rushing around, but she seemed super nice. We had only communicated through email up to that point. She also helped the men with their boutonnieres which was great. As for my bouquet, it turned out absolutely stunning! It was exactly what I wanted and looked just like the pictures I sent her. I would highly recommend Jen!

My husband and I are incredibly thankful that we found Jen and the Twisted Twig! Our original plan was to DIY our wedding flowers so our budget wasn’t huge but Jen was willing to work with us. Jen and I communicated entirely via e-​mail and telephone. The first time I actually met her was on our wedding day! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process.
Jen dressed our cake for us and draped linens over the arch provided by the hotel. She also kept her composure when we had to move the entire event from the rooftop to the ballroom because of the wind. Not only did she make beautiful bouquets, flower crowns, and garland centerpieces but she was able to put my dream flowers in my ‘budget’ bouquet! I knew I wasn’t going to be able to afford them but she made it happen and I couldn’t be happier!

Jen did a wonderful job with the flowers at my wedding. I had several attendees tell me that they would steal a centerpiece from someone else if they didn’t get one! We had a ton of compliments on how beautiful they turned out.
Jen was very professional and responded quickly to any of our questions. She was very thorough In the planning process and made sure it all turned out perfectly day of. I will definitely be giving her a call again for her services should we need more in the future.

Jen originally spoke with me on the phone and was very interested in finding out what my vision was for the Bouquets, Corsages, Boutonnieres and cake flowers. I sent her my Pinterest page and when we met in person she already had a plan ready but was very open to all my requests! I really appreciated her organization and expertise.
Jen met my mom at the reception to decorate the wedding cake and spent extra time with my family making sure each corsage and boutonnière was pinned on perfectly!

Jen did all the flowers for my wedding in September 2013 and she did an absolutely incredible job! I actually contacted Jen late in the planning game after the first flower person fell through and left me very short on time. Jen really took care of me and I felt very confident that the flowers for the wedding would be perfect in her hands. Jen and I initially met to discuss concept, colors, what flowers were in season and which would be more difficult to obtain as well as logistics. She is incredibly knowledgeable about flowers and very easy to work with! Next we met again to review a trial arrangement and tweaked here and there. I have never seen a florist so to this level of service before! When the big day came, Jen transported and set up all flowers at the venue. The flowers were absolutely stunning, my guests couldn’t stop talking about them. I am happy to give Jen and the The Twisted Twig my highest recommendation! I worked with Jen and Jen for my wedding 9÷24÷11 and was blown away with the flowers. AMAZING and PERFECT! Jen listened to everything I wanted and incorporated my many many wants in every arrangement.

I can not say enough good things about Jen from Twisted Twigs. She, and her business partner, Jen did the flowers for my wedding on 10÷1÷11.
When I met with Jen she understood exactly what I wanted. She showed me photos from other events that she had done. The photos were so beautiful I was sold on the spot. Jen graciously provided me with pricing options for all of the various bouquets as well as for several different centerpiece options and the prices were very reasonable, especially in light of the amazing work that she does.
When the Jens walked into my hotel room on the day of the wedding with the bouquets I’m sure I was beaming from ear to ear. The flowers were even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
Several of our guests commented that the flowers and centerpieces were the most beautiful they’d ever seen.
