I’ve came here a couple times and this is probably the last time. I only come when I need something quick since it’s close by where I work. A gentleman told the girl that was ringing me up that his milk was spoiled not 1 but 2 of them. She looked in the fridge and most of them were out of date eeeewww. If you eat here make sure to check the expiration dates. I got the country breakfast burrito and it was ok but the burrito was hella messy like they just slapped everything in it and didn’t even roll it right so a lot of the gravy, egg and cheese fell out. Idk if they were in a rush making it or what but there wasn’t many people inside the place to feel rushed. I probably will not be back.

I love Carl’s Jr… But this place is awful. Rude, slow, unintelligent employees. And a manager that stares at everyone like he just got finished murdering his family. The day that I made my last day of patronage, the moron behind the register overcharged me on a meal that I get all the time(and know the price of). I approached her with the receipt to try and find the problem. This bitch told me that the price just went up. I laughed at how ignorant she sounded. Seeing as she didn’t seem like she could even count to 20 without a calculator, let alone KNOW the price of anything. So, I received my meal(and unwarranted evil stare) from the manager. 4 bites into my burger, I bite into something so hard that I believe I chipped my molar. Don’t know if it was bone, plastic, or metal. I still have to go to the dentist, because it’s not getting better. Save your money, teeth, and piece of mind. Go to the little taco truck across the street for the best, freshest Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. The people are real nice, and the burritos are amazing.

This is my go to food place, the food is always good and there is almost always something new to try on the menu. The Criss Cut fries are to die for

The food, well it was Carl’s Jr fairly decent burger. The employees were friendly enough, but that manager needs a lot of work with customer service. He seemed very grumpy this day. Not even a grumpy thank you came out of this bast**rds mouth. I’d say more but I don’t think this guy gets it.

We visited on a Friday night, and this particular spot is quite dead. I think they are mainly a day-time business area spot. Only 2 person on duty, and it tooked quite long for the cashier to take orders, due to drive-thru queue. Food was ok, but they ran out of ketchup… really? A fast food restaurant with no ready stock of ketchup packets? They gave out small plastic containers of ketchup that they apparently prepare their burgers with, but the ketchup tasted weird. My daughter, a ketchup fan, rejected it immediately.

Ok. We don’t often take the kids to eat fast food and rarely do I feel compelled to post about it but I do in this case. Antonio is the kind of employee every franchise owner dreams of finding. He is polite, friendly, professional and thoughtful(particularly important for parents with small children). Carl’s Jr, I hope you know and appreciate what you have in Antonio. Thank you Antonio.

Great service, rarely do they get orders wrong. Wait times in off-business hours, especially at late night, could use improvement.

First time I tried Carl’s Jr! And was nicely surprised! We had some fun, the cashier even spoke some French :) Well what can I say? It’s a fast food! I have no idea of the quality of the ingredients but the taste was good! As far as I remember, the beef in their burgers seems alright! Not super thin or chewy. I really liked it. And their curly fries… sooo good(and fat :)) Well — if you will crave for some good fat and tasty fast food, Carl’s Junior would be my selection #1! (I love InNOut for instance, it’s the hype… but they don’t have the most tasty things there to be honest :)…)

Good food, great burgers … But why have your food taken to your table if they don’t offer to give you condiments?

Carl’s Jr is good overall. A bit more expensive than the other national burger chains but the food is better too. This Carl’s service can be a bit slow. Especially when the older woman is taking your order. I’m a fast eater… I eat like the world depends on me finishing my meal, so I can go from my job to here on a 30-minute lunch break WALKING and come back. But it would be nicer if they were a bit faster, particularly on the register. The food is good though. But I wish it were still open 24 hours. As Tai K’s review from 2007 stated, it seems they were open 24 hours back then. I wonder if 24 hour fast food is becoming a thing of the past?

The place was a bit hard to find. It was hard to enter and park. Decided to dine in(which I rarely do) but was tired from sitting in the car most of the day. Customer service was great. I ordered the chicken tender meal with ranch, the meal smelled nice but the chicken tenders got me sick the second time I went in the drive through fries were too salty and I was not given my ranch. I believe the Chicken tenders had gotten me sick I was vomiting the day after. Took a break from eating fast food since then.

This Carl’s Jr. is right off of Central Expressway and Bowers. So it was easy for me to stop by on my way home from work to pick up some fast dinner. Only one vehicle in the drive-thru so that was good news… I made my order. +Super Star with Cheese +Large Fries +Onion rings The Teller was a little hard to understand with the accent. So speaking through the drive through was challenging… But my order came out right. Fast, paid $ 10.35 and I was on my way. Why the three stars ??? fast food …

Why the awful reviews… this place consistently serves excellent burgers every time I’ve gone. When I’m on my own and want fast food, I go to CJ’s every time. It’s kind of like a Burger King and a Five Guys hybrid. More upscale from your usual burger joint without the high prices. I usually get the fried zucchini and an iced tea. I don’t bother ordering a large for the sides and eat there. The burgers are excellent, really juicy and the zucchini is so good. Service is fast and friendly, they bring the order to the table and I’ve always been asked if they can get anything else for me. Love it.

Chili Cheese Fries were only half covered in chili cheese… and the chili looks so disgusting. At least use real meat… this is obviously the canned meat. And I’m just looking at it now as I type this review… ick. My mistake in coming here.

The staff has been friendly the times I’ve visited, the food is hot and tends to actually taste fresh compared to others. Especially the chicken sandwiches. For fast, hot, «food” — it fits the bill. Do I regret eating it afterwards and wish that I had the time to cook something more healthy? Yes.

We have had some good times at this CJ. Never fails that some random dude will hit on one of my female work colleagues when we go. Seriously it is like a one to one ratio. What the f? Must be the burgers. This one appears to be on hiatus as it recovers from a «fire» which took place about a month ago. The service is good here, and the burgers are pretty decent, but seriously, what is up with the customers here?
