Whoa! This team gets a 5 star review from me for customer service! I was already dreading shopping at Valley Fair during the holidays and despite the crowd, this team played it calm and cool. Shoutout to X, Alyssa, Diana, and the rest of the members for always being so chill, patient and awesome. I had forgotten my pick up receipt for another store and when coming back during a rush, they got me answers as quick as they could. Awesome. Just awesome. For sure made me a lifelong Champs customer. Happy holidays guys!

Outstanding service! Shout out to Mikaela for helping us the whole time. Customer service should be the top priority of every business. While my girlfriend was being helped out by Mikaela I decided to walk around to check out some shoes. Even though the store was super busy I was still asked if I needed help by multiple employees. Will return for some more shoes Mikaela, thanks again! PS Foot Locker sucks.

I recently have been coming here a lot and I actually really like this place. They have a big store and very well designed. Clothes are nicely fold and definitely not messy at all. They have really nice shirts(well for guys anyways). Plus, I like most of the staff here. They have pretty good service most of the time, but one person really stood out. Over the weekend, I came here to look for some jerseys, and was helped out by Xavier(I didn’t know his name so I had to be a creeper and walked back and forth in order to take a quick glance at his name tag — but he really deserved a shout-out on Unilocal). He is such a happy dude! Which kind of made my shopping experience so much better. He was nice, friendly, helpful, and really tries to make conversation. Cool dude. It’s nice to still see this kind of service from retail stores. Anyways, I will be coming back here and I do recommend this place. Ask for Xavier if you need help, or I’m sure he’ll find you and ask you if you need help anyways. Keep up the good work!

Never been here before but the GF and I went to pick some Superstars for her. Excellent customer service, the folks we dealt with were all cool and easy to talk to. Xavier helped us a majority of the time and I recommend finding him for help. If I was gonna pick up some sneaks in the future, I’d come here.

I’m in shock my the experience I just had at this Champs location! This is my third time here. The first time, I walked in having an idea of what I wanted. Matthew was the first to approach me, so I told him what I wanted. He helped me narrow my search, but once I told him my size, he quickly changes his attitude. They no longer had that size, according to his knowledge at least. He didn’t bother to ask someone in the stock room or go about his way to check, he just bluntly said«Oh, we are sold out on that size.» He started putting the other shoes away and walked off. I returned 2 days later and had a very nice experience. Xavier approached me and was extremely pleasant! Props to you dude! ;-D. I was surprise due to my previous encounter. He asked and asked if I needed anything else. He even brought the size I asked Matthew the last time, plus more! He conversed with me and it was nice. I left with a pair a sneaks! Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes because as I put them on and started walking in them they were popping out! I don’t know why it didn’t happen in the store, but oh well, I had to go back to exchange them. Now, after going back today for the third time, Matthew had to be the one to help me… –__– I was sad to not find Xavier there. I decided to approach another employee to help me find a smaller size. I didn’t get his name, but he asked on his walkie and I noticed Matthew was the one responding back to him from the register. He told him we no longer had that size, «We sold out.» Not once did he bother to check the back or anything! I decided to just return the shoes. Of course, Matthew had to be the one to help me with the return. Instantly, he had an attitude! He seemed bothered that we were returning the shoes. We started looking for the receipt and pull out one from a different store and he had to out his 2 words in saying«Well, that’s not ours!» Clearly, I’m looking for it! Jeez! Terrible guy. Not done. He took the receipt, then the shoes, inspected the shoes and had to comment on the fact that they were a little dirty on the bottom. I explained that as soon as I stepped out, I noticed they were popping out because they were too big. He huffed and puffed on the fact that these were fully worn. He was absolutely WRONG. After all the grief, he took the return. I asked for the original receipt, he told me he had to keep it. I told him I need because I purchased a cleaner that they sold me last time(showing me how it can clean ANYTHING [even the slightly dirty shoes I was retuning]), since I will no longer have use for it, I’ll be returning that too. He grunted, scribbled on it, then gave it to me. If Matthew is the manger, what kind of example is he setting for the brand, his peers, and the customers? I will definitely have to go to another location from now on! You should too.

Friendly friendly helpful staff! I can’t emphasize that enough! They all asked if my fiancé and I needed help. They let us know about all the sales and even offered to order anything online that wasn’t there in our size. The manager Matt was real cool, upbeat, energetic, humble, and driven. My fiancé and I went out of there really happy. Thanks to everyone at Champs!
