Business does not exists or may have moved.
I was there and the business does not exist. It was a different company using the address. I asked the person at the location and they told me they do ink-​refills and not recycling.

Recycling Center for Used Computers and Electronic Equipment.
One of a kind in the South Bay. They take used computers and electronic equipment and actually recyle it. All you have to do is find the place (challenging), and drop your old computer equipment off. They do the rest. Located in the industrial section off Walsh.
Hint: to get there, drive all the way to the end of Walsh (ignore the first sign you see in a driveway). Then turn left, and it will be at the very back.
So, DO NOT throw away those old computers in the trash. Recycle them properly at Kaiser Technologies.
