Michal Negrin Store

I got a piece of Michal Negrin jewelry as a gift before I even found out this store existed! When I got my gift piece (a friend had bought it in Israel), I was told that the designer is from Israel, & that her pieces are also sold at high end dept stores like Nieman Marcus in the U.S. Then, when I moved back out here, I was wandering around Valley Fair & stumbled across this place. I knew it had to be the same designer as my piece because of the style of the jewelry, plus the design on their bags/​boxes. This store is the first in the U.S. (why San Jose, not New York or SF?).
The pieces are handcrafted & unique, colorful & sparkly. Lifetime guarantee! I’ve already used them for repairs… my brooch lost 2 of the crystals on it (I had it pinned onto a blazer I wear a lot). They actually send it back to Israel if they can’t repair it in the store. So, the downside to that is that it can take time… I think I picked up my brooch about a month later.
I got one of my friends into this place too by buying her some earrings for Christmas. There’s also now a store in the SF Westfield mall.
Another big downside is it’s expensive!

They lost their lease, so they’ll be closing late June. Until then, everything’s on sale. How sad! I guess I’ll be going to the one in SF after June if I ever want anything.

Aw, what a beautiful store! This is the first Michal Negrin store in the United States! The designer and all the jewelery comes straight from Israel.
The whole store is so colorful and simply sparkles. BEAUTIFUL and unique jewelery. Everything is so pretty and girly. Definitely many temptations and tons of eye candy… expensive eye candy!
I’ll admit that between my mother and I, we own quite a few Michal Negin pieces. Everything is unique and we get many compliments — I’ve never seen anyone else wearing the real thing (but I have seen many imitations in the kiosks!)
