The shoes are really good but the staff is not good at all. They behave badly.

I like Payless only because they send out the 40% and 50% coupons every few months and this is last Payless store in Santa Clara since they closed the one at Valley Fair. Staff are friendly but one of them just told us that the coupon expired before looking at it. I was not sure if she cannot read or she has eye problem but luckily the younger cashier confirmed that the 50% discount still valid. I don’t buy shoes here for myself since it is crappy design but ok for my daughter school shoes which only cost $ 12-$ 15 after discount.

I like Payless Shoes… I love the fact they are completely up front with what they are, right in their name. Why should I go here? Boom, pay less for shoes. I want to drop my kids at WatchMyCrapMakers Elementary, drive my IgnoreThatItsPollutingTheWorld sedan to JustPayMe Inc. where I will put in a full days work outside of my hour lunch at WhateverICanGetForSevenBucks Caf. I can pick up a movie at PleaseKeepMyMindEmpty rentals and head home… Oh, because people hate it when reviews have nothing to do with the place whatsoever, Payless is great great for kids shoes. Outside of the fact that Ross often has striderights, payless is the best. The shoes disintegrate over time, but it’s a good thing because you feel less bad about chucking them even though they are now a size too small. Watch for the 2 for 1 deals that pop up. This payless is really good because its never crowded and the parking lot is right at the front door(there ar eonly like 4 shops served by the lot, its not a full strip mall). You can get in and out with shoes for 3 kids in like 10 minutes. The younger kids like payless because they have theme shoes(spiderman, hello kitte etc.) Although all of a sudden my 1st grader has a thing about Sketchers….
