This review isn’t your typical one.
5 stars for SJ Valley Veal. We ordered 40 plucks (heart, lungs and trachea) for a middle school science class dissection. Placed the order over the phone, picked them up in two clean boxes and later froze them for the next week’s dissection. After thawing them out for a couple days, we had beautiful specimens for the students to explore. I’d recommend their products to any science teacher.
